DFI Heating and Air is a family owned and operated business. We have over 50 years experience in the heating and air conditioning business in both residential and commercial. After working for other companies it was our desire to build a business of trust and a commitment to our customers to provide the best service possible and to have a great relationship with our customers. We specializes in your heating and air conditioning needs. We are known for our integretity and giving you the service you deserve without high pressure sales. We want to provide the best service no matter how simple or difficult the job. A regular (during business hours) service call is $69 which includes trip charge and diagnostic. After diagnosis we will discuss with you our findings and discuss how we would proceed and pricing. No repairs will be made without your authorization. We do offer emergency service calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for an additional charge. It is $99 for after hours and weekends. For holidays it is $118 for a service call. If you have a Seasonal Maintenace Agreement these rates do not apply. We also have Seasonal Maintenance Agreements (SMA) which include your spring and fall check and changing filer(s). SMA will also provide priority service and discounts on equipment.

We have used DFI Heating & Air for several years now. DFI performs our HVAC inspections/service 2 x year and has also performed various repairs. We also know several individuals who have used DFI and are very happy with the company's work. David Ivy (owner) is the most honest HVAC technician/company we know. He will never recommend unnecessary services/repairs or try to overcharge you. Extremely responsive, reliable, professional and very fair prices. We give DFI Heating & Air our highest recommendation. My husband and I are in the real estate business so we get an opportunity to work with many different vendors & contractors. We have very high standards and most vendors/contractors don't measure up. DFI is at the top of our list. Honesty & professional integrity is what sets DFI apart from the rest!
Description of Work: Saturday emergency call & A/C inspection (March 2012). We have used DFI numerous times over the years for regular inspections/maintenance and repairs.

Very good service! He explained what actually needed to be done and what didn't need to be done, so that I wasn't paying for unnecessary work. He installed one thermostat, but it was too complicated for me, so he came back to replace it for free.
