We found Craig Bruner on Angie's list and are so glad we did. First, we told him that we wanted to replace the kitchen window that ran alongside the edge of the countertop, so he recommended we do that first, and he gave us the name of someone who did a great job on that. We were looking for countertops with rounded edges, so Craig recommended the Wilsonart line. He came in and measured for the new countertops. Just one week later he came back and installed them, and they fit perfectly. He made sure everything was level and true. Clearly Craig is a skilled craftsman, and we will call him the next time need cabinets or countertops. Craig is an excellent communicator, listens well, and cleans up after himself. He addressed our endless questions patiently, and we will recommend him to others.
Description of Work: We wanted laminate countertops with a rounded or beveled edge. We already had plywood down in preparation for tile countertops, but changed course and realized laminate was the way to go. The plywood was not level, either, so we needed someone to start with what we had and make it work.

I used Craig again for the guest bathroom countertop, and he did his usual stellar job, this time using Formica's 180FX Dolce Macchiato. He removed the old 70's fiberglass, built a new countertop, covered the side of my bathroom cabinet with the same Formica (it had some old holes in it that needed covering and looks great now), added trim to the edge of the cabinet, and installed a copper sink and a bronze faucet. As always he was meticulous to every detail, and there is not a single thing I have to complain about. My bathroom is now a joy to go into, and I don't have to worry about anything leaking or coming loose. The formica is exactly what I wanted, and I get tons more compliments on it than anyone would with granite, it is way more dramatic and easy to take care of. I will see Craig twice more in future as I have two bathrooms left to do. Highly recommended and completely trustworthy!

LAMINATE IS COMING BACK, PEOPLE, AND THIS IS THE GUY YOU WANT TO DO IT. I am tired of all the generic granite and boring silestone, and found an incredible pattern (Petrified Wood) in the Formica 180fx line of products that I wanted in my kitchen. Who to find to do laminate in this day and age? Thank goodness I found Craig. He not only built new countertops and backsplashes for me, but he also covered the backs of some built ins in my living room to match, and built shelves in them as well. Nothing in my 1976 contemporary is an actual right angle, nothing fits correctly, and nothing is easy, but Craig pulled it off masterfully. With fastidious and careful measuring and trimming, bit by bit, he made everything fit perfectly. I get more compliments on my visually impactful Formica than anyone i know ever got on their boring granite. His communications are fantastic, he is impeccably clean and careful, a pleasant person to have working in your house, and is very detail oriented and a perfectionist. Every single thing he did is gorgeous, no leaks, no issues, nothing that is incorrect that I can find. When I get to these three horrid 70's bathrooms I have, I hope he can do my countertops for them too. He also does granite, engineered quartz, and all that normal stuff as well, and I'm sure does a great job, but in laminate he is masterful. Thanks, Craig, for my AWESOME KITCHEN. I love it every time I walk in.
Description of Work: Replaced all my kitchen countertops, backsplashes, sink, garbage disposal, faucet, bar top, and backing on shelving unit built-ins in my living room.
