+ 3 moreCharles was invaulable to the remodel of our house. At times working along side me (the amatuer) and giving suggestions as to what options were available. Charles knowledge of construction is amazing. We had purchased and moved onto our property a modular office building, about 2,000 sq ft. CPR Builders (Charles Rogers) were instrumental in making the kitchen what my wife and I had invisioned. He was able to use 3 slabs of marble to fit into our cabinets, cutting each perfectly with no chips or breakage. He replaced 2 sets of commercial double glass doors with residential doors which involved taking out the old frames and putting in new frames and doors. He installed wood laminate floor in our big room, hallway and foyer. The foyer met the hallway at an 90 degree angle, he was able to cut the laminate perfectly so that it appeared to meet the hallway perfectly at a right angle. He glued this joint and it looks wonderful. He helped out and made many suggestions to the work I was completing myself.
Description of Work: CPR Builders were hired to help in the remodel of my home. They performed the following task for me: Installed widows and exterior doors (replacing existing door frames/doors), installed kitchen/bath cabinets, cut to size some marble countertops we had to fit and installed, installed our wood flooring (made some awesome joints where the hall meets the foyer), did some carprenty work, and minor painting. They also built a small deck and steps leading out of our front door.

Description of Work: Charles Rogers, owner and GC, and his crews have done a number of jobs for us. They built a beautiful deck around our pool. They added on a covered outdoor storage area to our house that exactly matches the rest of the house -- very nice, just what hubby wanted. They built, painted, and installed custom cabinets and shelving for two closets in our home -- absolutely perfect. They have also done some touch up painting for us. They put up ranch fencing -- also perfect. They repaired a number of cabinets and doors in our home. They built out the entire interior of a friend of ours home as well -- very nice job. I don't think there's any kind of building job they can't do. And if they take it on, it will be well done and on time. The pricing was awesome -- VERY reasonable. We highly recommend this builder.
