Aaron's Tree Service

Excellent! Unlike other company's that I attempted to contact, Arron's answered the phone immediately, took my information and promised to call me back. Within an hour Arron called and was ready to come out that same day for a quote. We agreed on a price and scheduled the service for 9am the following Monday, The crew (a large crew) arrived on site promptly at the time they said and began the work immediately, completed the job in no time and cleaned up, better than they found it. Excellent job, excellent service and fair price (actually it was much cheaper than I was expecting).

Did a great job at a great price. Aaron quickly responded to my call and came to look at our trees and give us a quote. Work was done the next week. His crew was fast and efficient and did excellent work. Very pleased!

Wonderful! I have used Aaron's Tree Service in the past and am always very happy with the qualify of their work. The crew is very knowledgeable about trees and they clean up exceptionally well when they are done.

They did an excellent job and Aaron came with the crew to make sure everything was done as we talked about when he made the big. Very thorough and professional job start to finish. They cleaned everything up perfectly. I will call them for all my tree work from now on.

Excellent job trimming 2 huge live oak trees back from powerlines, trimming 3 large sweet gum trees and 4 large crepe myrtles. Crew were on time, courteous and completed the job in only a couple of hours. Will definitely use again.

Within a couple business days Aaron had a crew in our backyard to cut down the tree. They worked carefully and deliberately. Since the tree was only about ten feet from the back wall, a couple of Aaron's workers got on the roof to begin cutting down branches. They were careful in making sure the roof wasn't damaged by falling limbs. They carried all branches and trunk sections through our gate next to the driveway and placed everything in a truck or used a wood chipper. I made a special request to a couple of crew members and they courteously provided us with a few small sections of the tree to give to a wood-carving friend of ours. Included in the above price was a last-minute request to trim a couple of large fruitless mulberries on our property. My nephew is an arborist in Colorado and visited us a few weeks later. He looked at the two trees and said that Aaron's crew did a great job. Originally we were told that the stump grinding might have to wait until the ground got drier. It was a hot day and apparently the ground was dry enough to grind the stump. We lost a sprinkler head nearby, but I expected that to happen and easy to replace. Aaron's will be first on our list when we need more tree service.

I wasn't pleased with him because they crushed plants. It just mashed and killed them. I know they were trying to avoid hitting the wing wall. They never said anything to me about it. I called him afterwards and he made it seem like it wasn't a big deal. I've had him out before with no issues. I feel like they should have told me that the limb fell on the shrubs and replaced them. Other than this, they've been really nice.

Our goal was to get the large crepe myrtles in the back yard trimmed so the grass would be able to grow under them. Aaron was prompt to win the business, but I never heard from him during our after the job. About 8 men showed up around lunch time and did the job in about 45 minutes that day. At the end, the foreman asked me how I liked it and I told him that I didn't think enough was done on the melted in the back. He ignored my concern and asked for payment. I paid them, but now regret it - it's hard to tell they did much at all for those trees and we will likely need to hire someone else to do the job again.

Aaron's Tree Service does a good job. My experience with him has been good. He was timely, did a good job and did what I wanted. If I was talking about him to a neighbor I tell that he is great. As a matter of fact I did recommend him to my neighbor and they even used his services.

Aaron's Tree Service told me he couldn't save a tree in my back yard that I really wanted to save, and he explained to me why and what kind of risks were involved with this tree. He gave me specific on just how they would be cutting it down. There were safety issues dealing with the risk of the tree falling on my house. He guaranteed that wouldn't happen. He knew his stuff. I absolutely would recommend him to anybody. They had to take down a part of my fence to get the tree out, through the back yard. When I got home, if it wasn't for the ground chips on the ground, I would have never known they were here. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I trusted him. It was just his demeanor and just everything about him. He convinced me that he knew what he was talking about. He didn't stumble over any question I asked him and answered every single question I asked him. There were companies willing to do it for more inexpensive rates, but I went with him. He knew his stuff.

Aaron came out and examined my tree right away. He gave me an estimate and was very professional. They came on time on the first good weather day we have had recently and were done within 30 minutes. They cleaned up the branches after they were done, including the large ones that were still sitting around in my yard after the ice storm. They were too large for me to move and cut back for pick up, so I am very grateful. They did a wonderful job! I would definitely use them again.

Trees in yard had not been professionally trimmed in over 8 years. They cleaned up the trees and did a very professional job. They trimmed four large trees and two crate myrtles. Thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work performed.

When I look for a contractor,I use three things to make a choice.Price,references and my Gut feeling.The price was not the lowest,references were good and my gut feeling was right on!Work was done in one day,clean up was done and no surprises.Aaryn was very personable and his crew very polite and neat.

I'd give them the highest marks because he saved me hundreds of dollars. I called one guy off of Angie's List to ask if he would come out and he said that he would, but he had a minimum charge of maybe $500 just to come out and I said no thank you. At least he was honest, upfront, and told me that with all the work he had to do because of the storm damage, so I called Aaron's and they came out at no charge. I had other work to be done. I had a big dead tree in the backyard, but it was so difficult that he didn't want to tackle it. He said it was way above the services he provided, so I found an independent guy who could do it. He wouldn't commit to a price because the project was way beyond his capabilities at that point.

Aaron the owner is very responsive, and comes on time. He and his crew did all that was quoted, and cleaned up very well after. A very good experience!

Arron contacted me personally and came out and bid my job in a very convenient, punctual and professional manner. They scheduled me in quickly and were accommodating to my schedule. He and his crew came out at the exact time and did the tree trimming to my satisfaction. They left the job site clean and orderly. I will have them back again to do more work in the future. I would give them my best recommendation.

They did exactly what they said they would do. The cleanup was excellent. Very professional and informative. Our trees look great!

Aaron met me at my parent's house for the estimate several weeks before the work was done. He was very knowledgeable about the trees and what we should do with them. As we started into the backyard, he mentioned that he did a service where the crew came for the day and could trim the trees we needed, cut down an old tree trunk, cut down the many junky bushes and pick up the many pipes and other things laying around and in the way. We all decided this was the way to go. The backyard was a mess. I had to wait several weeks before I could schedule Aaron and the crew to come, but we made a date when my brother could come down from Arkansas and be around to help oversee everything. Aaron came by the day before to make sure my brother and he knew what they were going to do. The next day, his crew arrived. The crew were very respectful and hard working guys. The crew chief was always on top of things and if he didn't know something, he found out right away. They spent the entire day there. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. I didn't get any other estimates, so I don't know pricing on tree trimming. But it was certainly worth it to us to have the trees trimmed and the backyard cleaned up.

They arrived on time, dressed very professionally and were courteous. They provided the proper identification via their equipment and dress. This was important to me as another local tree service who had also provided an estimate earlier, showed up and attempted to identify themselves as Aaron's Tree Service. The service was so good that my next door neighbor, without any input from me, sought Aaron's service because of their professional presentation alone. I would definitely use this service again!

I called Aaron's Tree Service on a Saturday afternoon. They came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He spent time evaluating the tree and gave me the recommendation to remove the tree as he didn't think it could be saved because it was split to the ground. This is the only company that I got an estimate from that could answer all my questions. I feel his evaluation of the tree was very thorough. I felt very comfortable with Aaron and had an instant trust of him. He and his crew did the work on the following Monday morning. Every limb fell within inches of the predicted landing point and that was impressive. I was concerned about the gutters on the house because the tree was close. Not one limb hit my gutters. They did an awesome job and I ever have any other tree work done, I'll call Aaron.

We had tried to schedule our tree service to be done but with the weather a bit rainy over the past several weeks it took a little more coordination than usual. However, Aaron was responsive, polite and made sure he came out to describe the work we requested and then showed us where some additional trimming and pruning would add value to our property. The crew arrived on time and did an OUTSTANDING job. The property has never looked better and the cleanup was superb. I have already told Aaron to schedule time in the fall to return so other trees could be taken care of. Overall I believe this to be an honest, detailed oriented and service driven company. I will definitely be calling on them again!

They came and removed the tree within a matter of hours. There was concrete at the root of the tree. They came back with sledge hammers to break it up and finish using the chipper on the root. While there, they also trimmed some trees in my front yard.

The entire experience with Aaron's was great. Aaron was very professional in all aspects and very easy to work with. The job was performed as expected and for the price agreed on. We were left with a completely different looking yard--exactly what we were hoping for.

Aaron was prompt with return call and right on time for his estimate. Estimate came in lower but did not choose Aaron for that reason but that he listened to all my concerns and offered his opinions which I appreciated greatly. The crew arrived on time and his crew was very professional. There was no goofing around and no horseplay. You could tell by the expressions on their faces they came to do a job and they did it well. They had to avoid damaging patio cover from falling limbs from large maple that had lots of dead limbs and to guard two sets of power lines servicing two homes. They finished in good time, hauled off all limbs and had the yard raked. Great job from a good crew. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I called to check their price, he said he could come by anytime to give me a proposal and I did not have to be home. He then sent me a written proposal outlining what all he was going to do. I accepted and he immediately set up an appointment, promptly came out and did the job. He had all the trimmings neatly piled up at the curb for the city to pick up.
