When I contacted 360 Innovations about my leaking roof they were very responsive and came out immediately to look at it and fix it temporarily until they could replace it. They worked with my insurance company to deal with all the details so I didn't have to. Their crew was very fast and professional, and I would use them again without hesitation to replace or repair our roof. We worked with Joseph Donovan and he was very involved and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Great company!

Prompt scheduling, on time,quality material,very efficient labor force , no complications, more than fair service. I was empressed with work done. A turn key job performance. They did not break any shrubbery or a blade of grass. I worked in estate maintenance for over 20 years and a more complete job I have never seen performed. The salesman Jacob Luther and company keep me up to date with pictures, progress, and any additional problems that came up. They fixed additional work with no extra cost to me. I would recommend this company 360 innovations to anyone. I can’t say enough about the quality of work and cooperation I received from them.

Words cannot express how appreciative to this company for the professional and quality work they provided to my aunt on March 20th 2017 . She ended up needing a whole new roof with new decking for a 40 year old multigeneration home. My aunt is a senior citizen who is very private and pretty much " off the grid" ( which is why I am writing on her behalf) and she is very careful and selective about who she conducts business with. I located 360 Innovations for her via Google search and they were very responsive and swift in reaching out to her and getting an estimate completed at her home. She informed me that she felt very comfortable with the staff, and commended their patience with her and helping her understand everything that was needed to be done to get her new roof on. They carefully explained how they would process the claim with her insurance company ( which was a much smoother conversation than the one she previously had with the original preferred contractor recommended by the insurance that she decided against using for this project) which put her at ease. I actually talked to her via phone while they were working that day and she admired the courteous nature of the staff and they respected her concerns and looped her into all the developments as the work was progressing throughout the day. She stated that she researched the materials they used and it was top grade. The supervisor sent a picture of the work to me once the work was completed and it was well done. They were neat and respectful of my aunt's neighbors and their property. We would highly recommend this company for residential/ commercial work for anyone you know. My family is thankful for this company taking the time to provide a quality roof with a warranty for my aunt.

I would recommend this company and the people (Jacob) that work for it anytime! They did great work, and even though there were problems around insurance payment they stood by their word and closed out the job at a loss to them. Quality and honesty! I would do work with them again anytime.

These guys are amazing at 360 Roofing. They did an amazing job on my house and in a very timely manner. The products replaced were of better quality and the workmanship of these guys is beyond anything you can think of. After the work, they cleaned up and left the outside of my house more cleaner than I can. Ryan is a very good guy and since the first time I contacted him, he has been very honest and extremely friendly and understanding. He came to do some touch ups on the roof on a Saturday. My mortgage company sent an inspector to inspect the work done and the inspector was amazed at the quality of work done. Cannot recommend this guys enough. Super satisfied with these guys.

After talking to many roofing companies, I reached out to 360 and set a date for my new roof. I will not deny, I was pretty skeptical at first due to all the competition, but from the moment they (360) arrived and started on my roof to the minute it was completed, I had nothing but butterflies in my stomach with joy as my roof came out wonderful. This team was very professional, they cleaned up all their supplies and trash, gave me a great price and kept their promise that my roof would look awesome. My house looks like a million dollars now. I have and will continue to tell all my friends, co workers and family about this company on any future needs

My mother in law had been trying for several years to get Allstate to replace or repair our roof due to hail damage. Neighbors all around them were getting roofs so I knew we also had damage. I contacted 360 Innovations Roofing and they gave us a very good price and they did a great job. They were there when they said and they put on the shingles we asked plus everything was cleaned up very nicely after they finished. Very nice and knowledge people. Would definitely use them again when needed.

They do excellent job.

This company is a joke. They say they will be on site and then makes excuses after excuses before showing up... Weeks later finally showing up without a call...They say it takes a day to do and ends up taking 3 weeks.... DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. While workers are onsite they urine on the side of the house and only works for a 4 hour period then they all camp out and sleep in front yard for 4 hours. The owner is a real jerk. He calls the homeowners names and if things are not his way he will pro-long the job to get even...... NEVER AGAIN AND GLAD THEY ARE GONE..
