I can’t recommend James highly enough. Two times now he’s come out to an emergency situation and arrived unbelievably quickly. He’s very knowledgeable and professional and was able to completely fix my plumbing issues. The first time we had broken pipes from a freeze. I also ended up getting him to replace a toilet that time. Today I had flooding from my laundry and he was here within about 10 minutes. He’s a wonderful guy and awesome Plumber and I can’t recommend their business highly enough! Thank you James and also to the woman I spoke with on the phone who was also really great and helped me to feel calmer in a stressful situation.

Even though The Good Plumber was not my first contact call, James was courteous and polite over the phone. With other plumbers, they required scheduling the call 2 days out. James said they could have a technician there that morning. Clayton, the technician, called to say he would arrive with a certain time frame. Showed up on time and was very professional. He assessed the issue with the water heater, stated what he would be repairing and let me know an estimate prior to starting the work. The company also sent a quote for me to review and approve prior to starting. He purchased the parts needed and got to work. Clayton let us know exactly what he was doing and explained the process during his repairs. Once complete, an invoice arrived in my email to finalize the transaction. Clayton was very helpful and knowledgeable. He cleaned up his work area and acted very professionally. I certainly recommend The Good Plumber anytime I need further plumbing assistance.

James was on time & courteous. He flushed out my water heaters effectively and also pointed out some other potential issues with the water heaters I might want to consider fixing & sent estimates. I am planning on using this company for future plumbing work.

James came out gave me a great assessment and recommended a way to resolve my issue. He also showed me how to shut off my water using the new system. I will definitely use them again.

I don't normally write reviews, however after my experience with the Goodson team I felt compelled to take the time to do so. They are a well run family business (husband/wife). From my initial call to Monica, who put my concerns of my foundation leak at ease, she scheduled James quickly to give me an estimate for my repair. (FYI, 3 other plumbers provided estimates - I chose to go with Goodson because of reasonable price, positive attitude, small family owned, James being the state licensed plumber was going to do the work himself.) On the day of service Monica, kept me updated on their status and time of arrival (great communication), James and Cruz (partner journeyman plumber) showed up and got to work right away. I was there to observe their work and no short cuts taken. Quality work, attention to detail, patient in explaining to me how he identified the foundation leak location and how he was going to perform the repair. At the completion of the job, the repair area was left exceptionally clean. Observation - James was very respectful not only to me and my tenant but also to his partner Cruz during the job. Thumbs up to the Goodson team for a job well done, I highly recommend and would offer to be a reference for them if anyone has any further questions about my experience. Goodson will be mine and my family's plumber now and for the future! :)

James fixed our problem quickly and we had a working toilet again. Very good customer service. Seemed a little pricey but haven't hired a plumber in a long time. Will call them again for any plumbing needs. Was quick to call us about our job and came out the same day.

No sooner had my wife submitted a request for plumbing service at 10 pm on a Saturday night, Goodson Plumbing called to inquire about our leaking hot water heater. James and Monica offered sound advice that helped with the immediate leak. This morning, James and Cruz arrived during the scheduled time and removed the faulty water heater and installed a new one. Very professional, courteous, and explained in detail everything they were doing or had completed. They even offered a great military discount!! Will be hiring them again in the near future to replace the other hot water heater and for any other future plumbing related issues!

James was a real pro he deserves a pay raise. The quality of service and the super reasonable price makes this company my forever plumber. If you have rental property or an older home with outdated materials, they can repair anything. JD

Great to get service on a Friday before an upcoming holiday. I was please with the quick response. I needed a water heater replaced, and they did just that. They were careful not to bump any walls in a rather tight hallway space I have. I had hot water once again by late afternoon. Satisfied.

James and his assistant were the best! For people who had to come in and do what they did! 5 plus in personality and customer service! Would recommend them any day!
