I was very pleased. The trees are gone. Nothing was left behind. They pick up all the branches and leaves. I have used Holt many times before. I am always pleased. I would note that I told the workers not to cut down tress if they saw any Herons nesting. I am a bird lover. Sure enough they were cutting down a hackberry tree and saw a Heron nest. I was notified and the tree stayed until after the birds had left. I appreciate that.

Grace arrived promptly to quote the job. We agreed on the price and set an appointment. The crew arrived at the expected time. They were very professional. We were very worried about the tree falling through our roof, but after watching the crew for awhile it was obvious that they knew exactly what they were doing. We could not be happier. We will definitely use them in the future and will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

Very professional work and provided information on treating a tree infestation we did not know about. The owner is well educated in the work that she performs and I would consider her an expert in her field. The price paid was fair and reasonable for the amount of work they did and the clean-up after the work was excellent. The only negative issue we had was her timeliness and punctuality in showing up to give estimates and to do the actual work. I would recommend her to someone as long as they understand the job may not be performed on the day that it is scheduled. However, the job she did was worth it.

I have called them on 6/24 and 6/25 to get an estimate on cutting down two trees. I have called after 8 am both mornings and got a voice message. I left a voice message both days and Holt has not called back. After leaving two messages and not getting a call back. I would not do business with them.

They were referred to me by somebody else. These people were excellent. It was right price for that size tree. They were very prompt. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They did their work very professionally. They cleaned up extremely well after themselves. The people that did the work were extremely friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have any kind of tree work at all.
