This company is new to HVAC repair-- they had a technician who altered the electrical settings to "charge Up " the output -- within 4 hours the unit in essence burned up at a cost of $899.00..we ended up with a new $14,000 system---no way would we use Baker brothers-- When I approached the owner he was both rude condescending and stated if you don't like it you can go elsewhere.. WE DID!!!!

Baker Brother's was punctual, very professional and took time to explain all of the options we had to repair our furnace.

I called a few other companies and they weren’t able to respond the same day. Baker brothers was able to respond and worked around my difficult schedule. They were in and out in 30 minutes. Great service!

So far so good, the water heater is working perfectly, have no problems so far. the man came and inspected the system and then came back to do the installation, but he has to send back another guy to do something the inspector wasn't able to do the first time. But overall they were good, they did the work well after the second visit.

They explained the options, repair under floor, reroute over ceiling, pros and cons and the non-plumbing repairs needed with either choice. We chose ceiling. Scheduling was well coordinated, they showed up when they said, office texted picture of who was coming, job was done in time frame promised, no quality issues. We both run projects, so we are picky.

I had a toilet that would flush very slow. Water would back up into the adjacent bathtub when flushed. The technician was very professional and called about an hour before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged main sewer line under the bathroom. I asked him to try and roto root it and see if that would fix it. He removed the toilet from the floor and tried to clear out the drain. Unfortunately, the drain had a lot of roots in it and he just gave up trying to clear them out. Then he said that I had no choice except to repair the whole drain line under the floor which would cost about $4000. I couldn't afford that at this time, so I had to get him to wrap it up. He also said we couldn't use the bathroom at all now. Before, we could at least use the bathroom for a No. 1 visit. Now we can't use it at all. I wanted to try it out after his "repair", but the toilet wouldn't work and leaked all over the floor because he didn't replace the wax seal under it. So basically, the bathroom is in worse shape than it was before he got there. I am very disappointed with the service I got from such a highly rated plumbing service.

They charged me $1500 to replace a ball valve on an exterior pipe. I later found out 2 of my neighbors had the exact same valve replaced for $500. I even dug the hole and exposed the pipe before Baker Brothers came. The work looks good but not 3x the price good.

As well as two men tunneling under a house in 100+ degrees heat can go! A plumber responded to our call and used a camera to to find the blockage was due to tree roots. He presented us with options. We went with jackhammering the floor to get to the problem but the cement was over 10 inches thick. The decision was made to tunnel from the outside. Least intrusive in the house, but a long, difficult job for the men tunneling through Texas clay in extremely hot weather Baker Brothers sends a text with a picture and the name of the person who will be coming to the house to work. When the plumber signs off for the day they ask for a critique. By signing up for their annual maintenance program of $10 a month for one year, we were able to save hundreds of dollars on this project. I think their one weakness is that they are located in Dallas and Forth Worth and workmen have a 30 - 60 min trip depending on traffic, to get to Denton. It would save a lot of time if they had a facility in Denton.

Great! We had a minor emergency leak, and our usual plumber couldn't come out for a few days. I called Baker Bros. after checking on Angie's List. Ralph diagnosed the problem leak, which was difficult because our house is older and on several levels. He and Ricardo shut off necessary pipes to stop leak, and returned that week to do the repair. They were both professional, very nice and efficient. The job was completed in just one day and everything was back to normal after clean-up. No more leak! I was so impressed that I signed up for the Baker Bros. Family Plan for periodic checks on the plumbing and A/C.

I was disappointed that the company sent out two different crews to do the work especially because the charged me 130 just to ignite my water heater which needed to be done along with installing the shut off value. Then they wanted to charge me 250 for a shut off value, which is outrageous and another 250 to install a new faucet outside. again outrageous. I may have been able to overlook that if they had saved me the 130 to ignite the water heater. but they didn't. So I decided to find a more reasonable plumbing company to do the other projects.

Alfredo did an excellent job unclogging our AC condensate drain line. It's in a difficult attic location, draining from the AC coil to a sink drain about 30 feet away. Another plumbing company wanted over $1400 to fix the problem. Instead, Alfredo and Marcus worked on it from the sink, not the attic, unclogged the line and did it all in less than an hour and for a small fraction of the price the other company quoted. They thoroughly cleaned up the inevitable mess that kind of work caused and all is working fine. Great job!

This repair went far, far better than expected. Chase diagnosed the problem quickly and FIXED it, the main incoming water line broke right at the house slab. A very difficult job in an equally difficult location, and he was polite from start to finish. We never dreamed this break repair could be finished in one day. He added new hardware and elevated the old valve back to ground level, as well. From his additional information, we have the tools for observation and maintenance in the future.

Drew at BB looked at both our dishwasher and shower and was able to fix the shower but not the dishwasher, not due to his ability/expertise, but due to us needing an appliance repair man instead. They were very helpful and professional.

My primary concern was to find someone I was confident would fix the problem right, rather than looking for the lowest possible price. Based on positive past experience, I chose Baker Brothers. Ralph went about locating the leak very efficiently and presented us with two repair options. He went over the pros and cons of each, along with cost estimates and potential risks. After my selection the work was done in a way that you can't even tell anything happened. He was thorough in checking for proper operation of the fixtures in the house after the work was done. I couldn't be happier.

Allen assessed the work to be done and provided a fair estimate. He installed the toilets and faucet competently. He was profession, polite and personable. I would hire Baker Btothers again.

The tech, Bradley Cooper, who came to my house was just awesome, courteous, and patient. First he came out to do an estimate and presented an affordable solution that others had not considered such as going thru my attic to run the line to the back yard. There was a slight snafu once I decided to go with Baker Brothers for the electrical work. The person who took the order didn't catch I wanted them to come to install the new breaker circuit and didn't properly schedule enough time to do the work as it was an all day job. No worries, Bradley took care of the mix up and was back the next day to do the work. Despite us being indecisive on where we wanted things put and our lack of knowledge about what was needed to hook up the swim spa, Bradley patiently waited for us to make a decision and even called the place that sold us the swim spa to get help on where to place the wires for the swim spa. Once the work was done, Bradley and his assistant cleaned up after themselves. The assistant, a former AC man, even told us that it looked like our air conditioner overflow was full and we needed to get that looked at. Overall, it was a great experience working with Bradley & Baker Brothers. Will definitely use them again.

They made it look easy. Quick professional, efficient, friendly.

Had to make 2 small holes (wall and floor) but only took a few hours. Informative, efficient, and they cleaned up!
