Jacob, Justin and Oscar deserve infinite stars! All 3 came out to fix our plumbing issues about a week and a half ago and they did a fantastic job! They were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, extremely nice and friendly and punctual. Poor guys had to work under the crawl space which I am sure was unpleasant. We are so glad that we chose Baker Brothers Plumbing. We were happy with their services from day one when Jacob came out to give us an estimate. He was very thorough in assessing the situation and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He also gave us the total estimate of costs that same day, which we appreciated very much. We agreed to the terms that same day and scheduled the work to begin the following week. Should we ever need to call a plumber in the future, we'll be sure to call them again and I will be referring them to anyone I know who's in need of a plumber. Thank you Jacob, Justin and Oscar! Good job . Found the leak was actually in the Icemaker water line and turned it off. I had an appliance repairman that specializes in my brand of ice maker finish repair.

Great! I was trying to find a plumber at 12:30pm on a Saturday and Susie answered the phone. She is so nice and concerned, you can tell she really wants to help. I was able to get an appointment for first thing Monday so I could relax. Wes the plumber is so pleasant and puts your mind at ease! I appreciated him so much. I had reserved 1/2 day for this, so even with traffic snarls and parts issues, everything worked out beautifully. I am very happy to say the refrigerator people will be here soon to complete my installation, YAY! First refrigerator purchase and I've learned a lot.

Good, he was about 30 minutes late but he explained that while the scheduler said he would arrive at 8:30, "they" do not leave Mesquite any earlier than 8:30 and there was bad traffic. He explained to me what he was doing, showed me, and discussed various solutions.

The work was done in about half an hour. No leaking, afterward. With a $50. Off coupon, the job was $280.49. The entire sink cost less. Perhaps the customer is paying for the advertising, now. Next time, I'll shop around--especially for minor jobs.

They are horrible. I used them one time and they were just horrible, overpriced. They didn't do the job. The guy that came out was horrible. They just took my money and left. I had to do something else. I had to get the water out myself. I had to call the insurance company. It was horrible, it was just horrible. I was so frustrated. All they did was turn the water off at the meter, that's it. They didn't do nothing. I had to call someone else out, so I was out more money. They didn't do the job, they were horrible.

They are very good. I always use them. It took them probably a half-a-day to complete the work. The workers were very sweet and kind. I just got out of the hospital so they took care of me. They left the work area clean.

We purchased toilets at Home Depot Euless, and Baker Brothers was the contracted installer. When we called to set up an installation appointment, we were told they don't install on Saturdays, and that the soonest install they could do that wasn't in the middle of a workday would be several weeks from the date of purchase. We opted to cancel our installation with this company due to limited availability and poor customer service and instead went with a local plumber for the installation.

After comparison pricing, I felt I got a very good deal from Baker Brothers to replace my old water heater with a new Rheem, 50 gallon heater. The installation team was prompt, professional and courteous. However, they routed the drainage pipe under the house by drilling through the foundation out through a brick flowerbed in a sitting area in front of the house. Makes sense that it was the most direct route under the house and followed the support beams in the crawl space, but the end of the pipe sticking out in the sitting area, I felt, was unsightly. Baker Brothers remedied the situation at no additional cost by sending out the same team plus a master plumber to reroute the pipe. We offered to hire someone to repair the hole in the flowerbed, but the master plumber repaired it with matching brick and mortar at no cost to us. That was customer service which goes above and beyond...and they did it with the same levels of promptness, courteousness and professionalism.

I did call them out for A/C, but I did not like the results that they gave me. The plumbing was fine, I did not have any problems with that although I did feel rushed to get it done. They were intrusive. When I called for A/C they did not give me the right information and showed me the wrong pictures that were not in my attic.

They are very responsive. They honored the price that they quoted us from two years ago. They did not have to do that, but that saved us quite a bit.

Worst ever!!! I paid the labor for the installation already. But the technician said a pipe connected to the toilet need to be changed. And he asked for another $250 ($15 for the pipe and $235 for his 15 min labor). Finally, he left my house without doing anything and still charging me $75 for his trip. I believe this company fraud. Don't use it!

Baker Brothers Plumbing & Air Conditioning's service worked out very good. They're a little expensive but they know their stuff.

They were good and he left it clean again put booties on and the machine covered the floor and there was no problem after taking the toilet up again it was clean and everything has worked for a week so. I had the problem and they were out within 3 hours.
