Plumber advised me of problems and my options for repair providing me the cost for each of the options. Problem was fixed on first visit.

I told them I would be available after four p.m. and they called me at four with a 30-45 minute window that they would be there. They were punctual. I received a text before hand with a photo of the technician so I knew who to expect. He introduced himself at the door, and put on those shoe covers (that protect your floors). He was professional and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve my problem.

The capped the leaking pipe under our foundation and then rerouted the plumbing so they did not have to cut into the foundation saving time and money.

Excellent work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

They wanted to put in a new inside coil on one unit ($4200). They said it was leaking and needed freon$600). Showed me a picture of my inside coil . A person I new that has been in the AC business for 35 years looked at my system . He said it was not low on freon and that he could tell no one had gone into the unit in the attic as it was still sealed in original masking and had not been opened, So how can there be a picture of it. Watch out for these people some may be ok but some are out to take you to the cleaners o

Baker brothers are lightning quick to respond and highly professional. They know their stuff and can bring in others to make sure the job fixed same-day and to a high level of quality. Very happy with their quality and service. Highly recommended for emergency situations e.g. blocked drain, AC down. Only challenge is their quote for a complete HVAC installation was too high.

The appointment went great! The tech explained the problem, cleaned the line, and gave me some great advice as to what to do moving forward.

This man was a super-pro. He had to replace pipes under the sink from the fact that the original installment was incorrect. Even I could tell it wasn't correct. The bathroom faucet had not been soldered correctly when the house was built. He took care of that. Extremely professional. Very trustworthy. Totally AWESOME experience!!!!!

Baker Bros. did a great job and fixed everything the right way at a reasonable price. Another company had given us an estimate for $1000 more for the same work but were planning to cut corners that Baker Bros. did not. The other company also called in one of those companies that tried to scam us with an overpriced plan to clean up the water damage in our laundry room.

Went great. From initial call to the responding plumbers, everyone was very pleasant to work with. They offered other tips as well.

Our 75 gallon hot water heater exploded overnight. They sent technicians to our home in about an hour to replace it with a new one. When they arrived and unhooked the old one, we realized that the stand it sat on had to be replaced by a carpenter before the new water heater could be installed. They installed new shut off valves so we could turn the water back on to the house in the meantime. They then returned later that same day (after the carpenter finished) and installed the new water heater. We were really appreciative of their flexibility and responsiveness. All of our calls were promptly returned by both the technician and by the owner (manager?) when we were making the arrangements. They were higher in price than Sears, Home Depot and Lowes (for new water heater + installation), but they could install the same day and assured us that the quality of the hot water heater we were getting was superior to the ones we could buy ourselves at the big stores. They were professional and respectful and cleaned up the area when they left. They accidentally made a hole in the soaking wet drywall next to the water heater but immediately gave us the option of discounting our bill or having their people come and repair it (we chose the discount and thought the amount offered was very fair). We would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

They did an excellent job one little mishap somebody fell through the ceiling in the garage but they fixed it immediately and didn't excellent job

perfectly, they provided estimates before doing the work and did not go over the estimates. They were on time, cleaned up afterwards and explained the work. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Beyond disaster. Water ran directly from the source down the side of the HWH out the side of the safety pan, through my ceiling can lights onto my new hardwood floors. The floor warped and had to be repaired. The yahoo they hired to do the repairs ruined the remaining floors with a sander he had no idea how to operate. It took months and months of limbo of him not returning calls or taking care of it. Baker brothers did not stand behind their work nor step up to the disaster they created.

They get here pretty quick when I call them. I have a family plan with them. One person came to complete the work. It took them 20 minutes. They left the area perfect. They do everything good in my opinion. They take care of all the electrical and plumbing problems that we have.

It was part of the family plan. I give them "A's" on everything, that is why I keep them. They are a pleasant company to deal with.

I think all of the people we dealt with there were fine. We were satisfied with that. We didn't think it was outrageous. It was a fair price. Everything was good. We never had to call them back for anything. We no longer live in that area so we won't be able to use them again. When you find an honest company that does good work, you tend to call them back. I would hire them. Everything was very fine.

If you have the family plan they bill you $10 a month to get the semi annual service done. For $10 a month, you cant beat that. We have two systems, an upstairs and downstairs. They do a good job. They come when scheduled.
