Justin arrived at 3:25pm, excellent response time to my 1:45 service call. He looked at the 4-6 inch piece of broken CPVC then went out to his truck until 3:52. He came back in and gave me an estimate of $489.66 which I thought was high for replacing a 6 inch piece of pipe but it was late in the day and I wanted to get it done (I have only 1 bathroom). That spout had always been a bit wobbly so I just wanted it fixed and expected that with the high ratings and the high price, it would be done right. The job was completed and paid for by 5:44, just over 2 hours after arrival. He pointed out that the shower connection was leaking inside the wall and asked if I wanted it fixed. Given the outrageous prices, I didn’t want Baker to fix it. So, I could finally take a bath. I turned on the water and found that not only was the spout wobbly, the entire control wobbled in the wall, so much that I could not pull out the shower knob for fear of breaking pipes. I went back and looked inside the wall. He had not replaced the 2x4 that was stabilizing the control inside the wall. Everything was just hanging there. I called to complain but since it was after hours, was told they would have a supervisor call me tomorrow.

They did a great job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

When the technician arrived I told him about the tree and he gave me a price $265.63. After he started the job he told me there were roots in the line -DAH, that's what I told him to start with. He wanted ANOTHER $~260. to handle the roots which I knew existed and hired him to remove. He did $313.63 worth of work. Five days later the sewer clogged again and Baker Brother offered to come back out for $100/hour. I hold him there was no way. After expressing my dissatisfaction They agreed to refund my money

Had to have several conversations with upper personnel. A nominal refund was given.

Great! They quickly and accurately rerouted our lines and installed a sink drain. Very nice gentleman. They were upfront with how much it would cost before performing any work.

The plumber disassembled the pipes of the bathroom sink and augered the pipes. He had a hard time reassembling the pipes. He spent well over 30 minutes trying trreassemble it. he then called me over and said the sink trap part was defective and he got it back as best he could. I noticed the next day there was a leak under the bathroom sink. I called Baker Brothers back and they said they would send someone that morning. Unfortunately, they sent the same plumber. I also received a call from a gentleman at Baker Brothers stating that if the leak is from the sink trap then I will have to pay for any repairs. I told him the leak appears to he coming from the bottom of the sink. Once the plumber arrived, he looked at the leak and said it was coming from the sink trap and it would cost $272.00 to fix. I told him I would think about it and he left. This sink was not leaking before Baker Brothers augered the drain. The part they claim was defective was just installed professionally 2 years ago and never once leaked. I am extremely dissappointed with the poor level of customer service and lack of professionalism. Baker Brothers had several opportunities to show good faith and win a new customer but failed on all accounts.

Great. I have a family plan with them which costs $9.95 each month and gives me discounted pricing on repairs and services. This particular visit was no cost to me.

They came out right away, fixed the problem at a great price and I am now on the high priority family plan that comes with discounts. I swear by them. They are very reasonably priced, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and schedule quickly. I have used them for years. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

The plumber was able to identify the issue and made the repair for far less than I was expecting. (That never happens) Water damage can be awful. Very grateful for an honest skilled plumber.

One of the reasons I agreed to pay the high price for my AC unit ($12K) was the thorough and professional installation promised. On the day of install my AC didn't work. After a few hours I had to call Bakers Brothers because my house would not cool. They sent someone that night who found many issues with the installation. He said he fixed the immediate problem and I will be contacted regarding the other issues. I was never contacted. The 1st inspection failed because there was water in the pan and the incorrect fuse was used. I had to take another day off work for Baker Brother to come out and fix the issue and a 3rd day off for the 2nd inspection. When I contacted Baker brothers about the failed inspection I expressed my displeasure with the install. They said a supervisor would reach out to me to make restitution. I am still waiting for the call. This was an aweful experience.

Josh was very nice, and knew immediately what he thought the problem was. He was correct, and was able to fix it quickly. He even gave me additional information on what to look for and how to do quick fixes in certain situations.

It went very well. They answered all my questions and concerns and will definitely use their services again.

Joey did a great job evaluating the situation and explaining what our options were very clearly. He showed us how he came up with the pricing of three options. We made a decision and then I decided to find out what it would cost to replace the whole sink. Joey had no problem changing direction to give me an idea of that project. I appreciated his flexibility and professionalism. He did a great job replacing the faucet quickly. It was a nice experience and we will definitely hire Baker Brothers again.

Let’s face it; you never want to have plumbing problems. But Jonathan Woodwine and Drew from Baker Brothers made it as painless as possible for us to get them fixed. Jonathan was communicative throughout the process; from the initial diagnosis through the final fix, he kept us up-to-date on the situation, the timeline, and the cost. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure our family was disrupted as little as possible. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism and work. If you ever find yourself with an unfortunate plumbing situation, I highly recommend you call Baker Brothers and request Jonathan and Drew!

Baker Brothers wouldn't work on it if they didn't install it but was happy to quote me for a new one.

They came out and gave their quote. They had the best price among the people that we had to come in and give us quotes. So we chose them to replace our air unit.
