I purchased a new Trane XV system in March, 2017, and believe I received excellent pricing considering the level of the system that I bought. It definitely is not an inexpensive system, but should last more than twice as long as any previous systems I have had. They are very professional and responsive. It came with one free year of their Family Plan, which is definitely a huge PLUS. I had the furnace maintenance service in October, 2017 as well. I highly recommend!

They did great work. No problems at all after work was completed. They had to go through foundation. They also repaired my central air unit outside.

The job went extremely well. We moved the shower, toilet and sink. All work was done well and in a timely manner. We even had an exterior faucet added to the outside of the house from the new indoor plumbing.

Two brand new hot water heater’s two years ago, and last year to brand new air-conditioners and heating units all done efficiently on time and within the price quoted, very professional and they truly back up their work.

Some problems became apparent several months after installation. They were corrected promptly at no additional expense.

Steve, with Baker Brothers did an excellent job that was quick and effective. He was able to remove the stuck piece and put the faucet back together in less than an hour. He called prior to the appointment and was able to come earlier.

Everything is working again as designed. Baker Brothers will return Friday to install a cleanout on the sewer line before the septic tank.

They were very professional and completed top quality work. They may be a little pricier than some but the quality of work and the people they have sent to us are first rate.

We had 10 leaks under our slab. The plumbers were very good in repairing all the leaks. However, communication needs to be much improved with Baker's big jobs! With us, we never knew when the next crew would show up, i.e., tile guys, brick mason, etc. So we were always the ones always calling in asking questions! We felt that we acted as our own general contractors. Jason seems to be the only one coordinating Baker's jobs and he is impossible to get hold of! So then you talk to the girls in the office only. If you have a big and/or complex job, expect poor to non existing communication, no follow up, as well as billing issues!!! Last week, we received a call asking us to pay several thousand dollars more than what the final bill was supposed to be. The reason for this was that Baker failed to file the additional claims to the insurance company. We asked them to do what they were supposed to be doing weeks ago and are now waiting for a corrected bill. No apologies from Baker either.

Fantastic! Shelby went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very , professional, personable and took great pride in his work. Shelby helped clear up insurance questions and cleaned up beautifully. If you need plumbing help, call Baker Brothers. I have used them 3 times and each experience has been great!

I was given detailed analysis of the problems with the system and given some options for addressing the problems - Michael was very professional and knowledgeable.

Original quote to my husband was $500, then they decided it was another $500. Cost per hour was about 3 times what should have been reasonably expected. I felt they took advantage of my husband who is a bit slow due to a prior brain injury. Had I felt I needed to be home to keep them from taking advantage of the situation, I would have. A $1000 quote would have been enough for me to tell them to leave and I would shop around. Eventually the manager agreed to $500 and that we would shovel the dirt back into the holes. I would never recommend them.

The plumber himself was polite and did a good job. I was given the price in advance and because I needed it done I did accept. HOWEVER the cost was astronomical for what was fixed. I will never use them again because the prices are way overpriced.

Very well - Brian and his apprentice Jake were very effective and efficient. They did a great job - quickly and neatly. The office staff were also very easy to deal with and understanding of my needs. They honored a promotion price I heard in the radio and provided me with a 12 year warranty in parts and labor!

John arrived early afternoon and made everything right. It was an awkward space to work in but he persisted, replacing the cracked pipe, stabilizing the valve and faucet. I am more than pleased with John’s work. I now have a working bathtub faucet with no leaks inside the wall. I would highly recommend Baker Brothers, who stood behind their work and made everything right and John who was very knowledgeable and used his skill in very tight spaces
