Description of Work: I had a leak outside my bedroom wall at the front of the house. I called Baker Brothers and they were able to fit me in the next day,which doesn't happen. The specialist showed up on time. I was afraid that the leak was getting under the foundation. The specialist told me the leak was totally outside the house and he could repair it easily. He was at my house for about 4 hours. I was pleased that the repairs only came to around $700.00.

Description of Work: Plumbers came and he was very nice. He let me show him all the issues I had. Then told me how much it was going to be. I had no problem with the work, it was done properly. He was proffessional. I did feel they were somewhat exspensive.

Description of Work: repaired two exterior faucets from leaking. Both were leaking from different places and Both were re-built and cleaned up. I was disappointed that for the price the top screw on one of the knobs was not replaced since it is almost completely broken down from rust. But when I inquired about a discount from Angie's list,they did discount the final price. The technician arrived promptly after my call so that meant a lot to me. Time is valuable.

Description of Work: I needed a faucet added on exterior wall in my backyard or close to it. I explained it when I set-up the appointment. A technician came on Monday 4/15/14 promptly on time, was very courteous but after checking the available plumbing said that somebody else with pipe tracing equipment will come the following day. I was not charged for the visit. Another technician came at 10am on 4/15 and after about an hour traced the line to a place close to the fence. It was some distance from where I would prefer it, but he said that it is the closest location possible. Then he provided a quote for the job - $1,150. It involved removing several bricks from the wall, cutting the cold line pipe and installing the faucet. As an alternative for doing the job I would be charged $159 for the visit. I was also informed that the company will not close the hole on the wall and I would have to get a mason to do it. I needed the faucet badly and facing the option of $159 charge for getting nothing done I authorized him to proceed. The job was done well, however I did give the rating "B" for professionalism because the work place was not cleaned up at the end. He left just before 2PM, which sums up to about three hours of work.

Description of Work: Technician spent a lot of time selling service plans and repairs we did not need. Wanted to charge us $770 to replace a wireless thermostat. Yes you read that right. CBS Mechanical did it for us for $250. Was supposed to get a call from manager but that never happened so that's why I am writing this. Use CBS Mechanical and ask for Alan!!

Description of Work: We had a leak from a faucet supplying the washing machine that was going into the wall. The plumber replaced that faucet, and we had him replace the other one as well just in case it might be next.
