Description of Work: Repaired a leak under my slab foundation. Jack hammered through the concrete then dug a deep hole to get to the leak. My only problem is there pricing. I guess they have to pay for the extensive TV advertising. They charged $15.00 for gas to get to my property and are almost double the price for digging compared to other plumbers. They were good though.

Description of Work: They would not even discuss a water heater service call on the phone saying only that "you must buy a new water heater". Jimmy Dale Jr's TV pitch concerning "great service" is marketing hype. This company is an empty suit when it comes to customer service! Called JAMCO and got great results and a repaired water heater.

They call to let you know they are on their way which is much appreciated. The only thing I can think of that wasn't fabulous was the cost. But you get what you pay for and the work was excellent so can't really complain.

Description of Work: Baker Brother's Plumbing was very responsive when our water heating began leaking. Due to its age we decided to replace. Baker Brother's installed the new water heater on the same day. The plumbing looked more professional than we had experienced with previous water heater installs. They installed a pan underneath the heater which no other installer had ever done. They also installed an overflow drain to the outside so our garage would no longer receive water if a leak occurred. Very nice, clean and professional quality work. I would happily call them again or recommend them to others.
