I had called another company, they could not match my schedule for 10 days. Baker could come right away and did what I needed.

When the hot water handle in the master bathroom shower and tub stopped turning the water on, I searched Angie's List for the best choice. I called Baker Brothers and talked with Tamara who told me someone would call 30-45 minutes before they came out. Twenty five minutes later the doorbell rang and Greg was there to fix the faucet! He was not only very polite and considerate but did his work quickly, made no mess at all and even looked at another faucet that needed fixing. I chose to not get the other faucet fixed this time but he told me what was wrong with it and told me how much it would cost. Not only did Greg do a terrific, speedy and effective job but he explained everything carefully to me including the cost and the possible need for future repairs, was charming and nice and is definitely a great advertisement for this company. I will definitely use Baker Brothers Pluming again when I need a plumber!

The man arrived at precisely the scheduled time and was finished in 1.5 hours including time to go get some parts that he didn't have in the truck.

They set an afternoon appointment which I told them would be a tight squeeze for me due to my schedule. They called back later with a late morning opening and a technician was at my home very promptly after that. The repair took less than 20 minutes and was done very well.

The workers was excellent. They had to work in my home when the AC unit was out and the painters was painting the whole house. The two men went the extra mile.

Should have given me an estimate before starting job. He didn't mention the different pricing so the bill really blind-sided me.

The representative that came out was extremely courteous. He checked the pipes with a camera (which, at $180, I thought was a little excessive), and determined that one of the drainage lines under the house was sagging. He examined the other problems and gave a quote to fix them. The price ($1,000) seemed reasonable for everything that had to be done, so we made an appointment for two days later. They arrived promptly at the designated time. Instead of just rehanging the sagging drainage pipe, they replaced it at no extra cost. They were not able to repair one of the other drainage pipes that they were going to because it is clay tile, and they would have to dig up the entire thing to replace it. But they did clear all the roots out. End result: They did what they said they would for the price they said they would. It seems like their prices are on the high end, but, not having called anyone else, I'm not sure how they compare.

Took 3 hours, did the job correctly and cleaned up after themselves, but it cost WAAAY too much for such simple procedures. Over $800 for 3 simple fixes is just unacceptable. Manager has since contacted me and told me that I was overcharged and therefore sent me a check for $300.

Baker Brothers are fantastic. We now have better water pressure, and our dish washer which has not been used since we moved in four years ago, is working wonderfully. I will only use this company in the future. They come when they say they will and they have different plumbers for the different jobs that need to be done, making each plumber an expert at what they do.

The plumber that came was very polite and timely. They came the same day I called which I really appreciated. He assessed the damage and gave us an estimate of the cost before he proceeded. We asked him to fix it and after a short while, problem solved. I have used Baker Brothers for years and have never been disappointed.

We had a water leak in one bedroom and its closet. The carpet was wet. We called another (much smaller) company first. They came but could not find the leak source due to lack of equipment. Then we tried Baker Brother the next day. One hour after we called, the technician came right on time as promised. He was very professional, capable, and courteous. First he was thinking it might be a slab leak, so he said it would cost $260 for two-hour of work to locate the leak. We agreed to that so he started working. He used his equipment to test and, as a result, eliminated the possibility of the slab leak. He then diagnosed that it might be the toilet in the connected bathroom, where we (and the other plumber who came the day before) would never have guessed since there was no visible leak in the bathroom and its tiles. As it turned out he was right. He found the leak and fixed it, charged us $200, less than the original quote, and answered all our questions at the end.

Baker's was fantastic. They really made sure that everything was done right. It was a pretty difficult job and they made sure that problem was resolved. I felt that I could really trust them and I can say that their work is reliable and dependable.

I like the work they do. I have actually used them three times now. I find that they are very reliable and are able to fix any plumbing problem around my house. I would recommend them to others most definitely.

He really did a good job and was very professional. He came when he said he would. His prices were not the highest but they weren't the cheapest either. I would highly recommend them.

I thought he was very responsive and he showed up when he said he would. He did a superb job of cleaning up any mess he made. He was able to correct both problems within a reasonable amount of time. The costs were very pocket friendly.

The receptionist was polite and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. They charge $35.00 to show up but refund it if work is done. The plumber was here less than one hour. He left the shower a little dirty but it rinsed off easily. The caulk job looked good and it stopped the leak. The only thing I didn't like was the large window of time they gave for the technician to show up. They said After 1:00 pm and he showed up at 4:50 pm.

We have used them several times in the past and have always been satisfied. I like that they specialize in plumbing issues that are not common. We call them for all our plumbing needs. We would highly recommend them!

A cast iron pipe had cracked under a beam in our house and there were sewer gases leaking into the house. They responded quickly to my call and had all the work was done in two days. They were very careful of our house and very thorough in their work. They were also the lowest bid I received; one was for $6000 for the same exact work. I recommend them.

They did a good job with the water heater but I have had some not so good experiences with them also. It depends on what plumbers they send as some are great and very thorough. Others don t do the job right and they have to come back and fix it. I have used them a few times so I know which guys to ask for to do the work.

They installed it when they said they would. They work very hard to complete the job. They clean up after themselves. They came back out to make some minor adjustments at no charge. Good quality work.

We were having issues getting both hot and cold water at the same time. The technician was able to make it out on the day I requested. I thought it would just be an estimate, but he was able to give a diagnosis w/estimate and had all the parts he needed in the truck to do it right then. He was done in a reasonable amount of time and checked everything to make sure he corrected the problem. He did leave a dirty, wet rag under the kitchen sink and one counter upstairs dirty from the tools, but no big deal. Overall, this company was professional and got the job done quickly without any problems.

Very responsive throughout the process. Baker's was the third plumber we had involved, the first two either misdiagnosed the problem or were unable to perform the repair. Step one was a diagnostic call to locate the problem. The tech was very professional & worked effectively. The estimate turned out to be very accurate. The company was responsive in scheduling the work. Two techs arrived reasonably on time & set to work drilling through the slab. They were professional & efficient & completed the job in one day as originally estimated. They did encounter some additional difficulties in that the leaky part of the pipe was in the concrete which had to be chipped away. The techs were careful not to soil any areas of the house away from the work area even though several wheel barrows of dirt had to be removed. They were careful to minimize damage to walls & cabinets even though that care made the job more difficult for them. Personable guys Good job. Great company. Very satisfied.

***ROOFING*** They are very good! I had a problem with squirrels getting in under the eaves, and Baker Brothers came out to close up all the holes! This wasn't even their responsibility, and they only charged me $120. It was fantastic!

I was very pleased. The plumber was prompt, polite, professional and fast!

My insurance company sent Baker Brothers out to test for slab leaks in my foundation. They were very professional and did a very lengthy test. They located 2 leaks. One under the bathroom floor and one under the kitchen floor. At the beginning I had a problem getting a quick appointment to have the repairs made. After my insurance company called them they set up a much quicker appointment. Though the job involved jackhammering up the concrete in both areas, they were very clean. Left the house clean. They put down drop cloths throughout the house. Made an effort to keep the areas as clean as possible. The work took two days to finish the job. I don't think they could have done it any faster. It was a messy noisy job and I'm sure my cat was not sorry to see them go. Overall, I liked their work. They seemed to know what they were doing and would definitely hire them again. Though I hope I don't need to for many years.
