Successfully unclogged, but temporary fix, pipe replacements to follow. There was no charge for today's visit as it is considered a job continuation because I scheduled the pipe replacement job to begin next week.

Testing was completed and Drew and companion provided me the much needed details for me to make decisions. In short, the plumbers came out to verify if I had a leak following structural work of 21 piers. Unfortunately, the leak was validated and step 2 is for them to research the source of leak. For this part, I asked if they could return to perform what they referred to it as "Isolation". Following this procedure, step 3 would be repairing the source of said leak. An estimate will be provided for the actual repairs post step 2. I opted to wait before I moved forward with since I had to work. More to follow.

Great. Eli from Baker Brothers was prompt, professional and thorough in his explanation of what was wrong and what needed to be done. He had to switch our disposal from the left side to the right to improve the flow of water and eliminate "holding" water in the pipes, as well as fix a loose sink flange. He cleaned up after himself and "left no trace" of the leak or its after effects! Great job, Eli!

Space in older home very limited, necessitating removal and replacing wall to position new units. Different crews required, but all were punctual, professional, and courteous. Best experience I’ve with plumbers and AC techs in 50 years

They diagnosed a leak in our coils. Said we needed to replace. Gave us 4 quotes that ranged from $4k to over $22k for a top of the line complete new system. Got a second opinion who quoted about $8k for a whole new system. This is the second time Baker has told us we need an expensive new system. Will continue to utilize the plumbing side of the company but will not use their HVAC service.

Eric and his assistant were exceptional in performing the services. When completed, their work was clean and looked brand new. They left the work spaces neat, were helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Something went wrong from a visit the day before. Instead of pointing fingers, they took care of me and got me going. I am going to update our system and more than likely use them to perform the service. Thank you!

Their service person arrived on time, did the required work quickly and cleaned up his area. This is the second time this young man has been here on different calls. I have used Baker Brothers on a least 3 occasions and would highly recommend them .

The service man was great. Unfortunately, the office staff had wrong information and they do not work on eternal water heaters because that company is out of business. At some point, we will need to replace this tankless water heater and when we do, we will call baker brothers to come back and install a Rheem.

They arrived when they said they would. The person couldn’t access the pipe from the outside so he had to but drywall to get to it. He knew exactly what to do and I ended up with little mess. All in all very happy.

Technician showed up following afternoon (which was OK since this wasn't an emergency). He was very professional and got right to work. He finished in no time and also provided a two year warranty on the product.

They do not do this kind of work, so paid a service call fee and called another vendor. Miscommunication was probably my fault.

2 technicians were sent out on Friday for an estimate on a new Water Heater ($1,600) and new HVAC system (Trane unit which ranged from $15,000 - $20,000). Their places were extremely over priced but I advised that I would follow up with them by EOD so I called and left a message because I also had some additional questions and as if today, Monday evening at 9:37 no one had the courtesy to return my call. This is poor customer service and if this is any reflection on how they treat their customers I’m glad I didn’t move forward with Baker Brothers.

AcvOur homeowner's insurance company recommend Bakers to us. We had a slab leak and didn't know where at. If you ever have a plumbing problem you will need to ask for Mack if you want it done quickly, efficiently ,and correctly. He was polite, friendly, knows his trade very well, and explains in a way you will understand. Would highly recommend him and use him again.

they do good job and price is reasonable

Our tankless water heater installation had some hiccups, but our plumber Armando was very professional. I rated the price lower because the estimator was very far off on the total price from what it ended up costing us (the budget was blown by about 40%). We had to do a lot of digging in our yard as well, which we did not anticipate. However, Armando stayed at our house every night until 8 PM or 9 PM, and did his best to get the job completed timely. We still have outstanding work to complete, but I am confident Baker Brothers will get everything wrapped up. Thankfully, I had someone that could be at my house while I was at work, so the extra timeline did not hurt too much. We do have exposed piping in our garage that we are not thrilled with, but this was an error with the estimator that came to do the initial projection of the hot water heater install. I ranked the quality slightly lower because we were not told in advance of this, so we were a little disappointed. Overall, I thought the plumber doing the install did a great job, and I would hire Baker Brothers again. However, I hope in the future our estimates are closer to our final costs and that the final work product is more in line with projections.
