Description of Work: I had two small leaks from plumbing under sinks. The man who came seemed clueless. Then, he came back and gave me an estimate of over $500. Absurd. He just saw a woman with a nice place and thought he could gouge me. True cost - 0. Things just needed to be tightened.

Description of Work: Trustworthy, and professional. A little pricey but they made up for it by doing some extras with out any charge.

Description of Work: Had a leak inside bedroom wall. Gregory removed the spigot on the exterior wall and determined that the connected pipe had a broken seal.. He replaced the seal and spigot. He cut a hole in the interior drywall to check for any other possible reason for the leak. Seeing none, he removed the mildewed insulation and advised me to allow the area inside the wall to completely dry out before replacing the insulation and patching the wall. He also replaced a clean-out PVC sewer pipe and cap in in the front yard.

Description of Work: I had a major leak under my home and regardless of how hard it was to locate, Jose and Scott from Baker Brothers did not give up. The leak ended up being in a section of my house that could not be reached through my normal crawlspace, so they had to dig a hole under my foundation to reach the leak. They couldn't not have been more professional. The estimate I felt was fair given the amount of digging they needed to do and in addition they offered to put in a clean out pipe since the hole was already dug and the pipe exposed. I highly recommend them!

Description of Work: I called about a leak under the kitchen sink. They came out right away and found the leak, and repaired it. While they were there, I discussed replacing the cut-off valves under the sink. He gave me an estimate and I authorized the work. The price was high, but the work was very professional.

Description of Work: Be aware if you have a pier and beam home and/or crawl space! I called to get someone to come out and give me an estimate. You must pay $39.50 for a "trip fee" which is refundable or a credit to the job if you accept their quote. BUT, if the estimate entails going into a crawl space, it costs $197 extra. So, basically it costs you $235 just to get an estimate if you need any plumbing work in your crawl space. This is the only time I've ever heard of that ridiculous fee. I will never call on them again, because it costs too much prior to any work being completed. Their "estimate" ends up being half of the entire cost of someone else repairing the plumbing. Impossible to get hold of any live person on a Saturday.
