L&S Mechanical began as a Dallas-based contractor in 1985 and has grown over the years to have six locations out of Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin. Over the past thirty years, we have become known as the premier provider of new home construction in the plumbing industry. In the last 10 years we have added HVAC and electrical services to now offer the Tri-Trade Solution. The people you have worked with, the quality, and the service our customers have come to expect remain the same, but now we are making it even easier to get things done. Now in 2017 we have expanded our brand once again to offering Preventive Maintenance Programs that will allow old and new customers the ability to have honest, quality preventive work done on their homes for years to come.

Wellington was the most considerate, respectful tech I have ever dealt with... He appreciated the fact that my parents had compromised immunity systems with leukemia and Parkinson’s, and having just moved into the property made suggestions they would not have thought of, including special filter size and certain upcoming services. We moved my parents here to help take care of them, and Wellington certainly helped make the adjustment easier. THANK YOU!!
