Val is a friendly, honest guy who does excellent work. He uses high quality materials and can even match the color to the house trim. He knows exactly what types of surfaces need what type of caulk or sealant. My house is 3 years old and the original exterior caulk and other sealants were starting to crack and fail. I had him do the whole house exterior, all windows, doors, screen porch and nook or cranny we could find. Also the seam between the screen porch and house brick required a little special attention and foam backing. He handled it all with no problems. You might think caulking and sealing is an easy job but I know from my own previous attempts that it requires a certain skill and touch for great results. Val definitely has the touch. He's a pro. I would never be able to get such results doing the job myself. I'm glad I found Val and CaulkingSolutions and would absolutely recommend him to my neighbors and friends. Money well spent.

He found many areas that needed sealing. This was after I ask the builder to do this several times and paid two other suppliers to do the same thing. He was the first to fix the probelm.
