+ 0 moreHad 2 yr contract for maint. service after installation through our builder the exp Aug 30,2022. They never service our system during that time. The install date on the system was in May 2020. In Aug. 2022, the pump went out. Maybe if they had bothered to fulfill their service contract, the pump would still be functioning. The service guy that came out to confirm the pup was broken was very rude! I did not renew my service contract with them in Aug, as they did not service our unit during the first two yrs. I found another co., they will be installing the new pump. Do not recommend this company!
