custom cabinets, cabinet refacing
 + 0 moreNothing as of yet. Justin avoids all calls and attempt to contact. I ultimately contacted my attorney today and sent a demand letter via certified mail. This company has 10 days to submit payment or go to court.
Description of Work: I contracted with Justin Hodges of The Wooden Box Cabinet company to build a custom TV cabinet and paid 1/3 of the quoted cost as a down payment on March 1, 2015. It was not a difficult job and I even provided the vendor for the barn doors and hardware which were to be used on the front. After many delays and excuses, I still did not have a cabinet by May 15th. Justin agreed to a refund, acknowledging that he didn't know when the cabinet would be finished. It is July 28, 2015, and I still have not received the refund check. I have received a lot of ongoing excuses regarding his health, his business struggles, and more promises that the check would be forthcoming. Then his wife gets involved, with this more excuses. I would avoid this company at all costs. You will not receive work in any stated time frame if at all. They also have a claim with the BBB.

cabinet refacing
 + -1 moreThis company is awesome! I was in a bind and started calling cabinet makers to find someone to install euro hinges into some existing vanities in my house. I was in the middle of a renovation project and needed it done quickly. When I spoke to Justin, explained what I needed, he told me he was in my area and would stop by to take a look. He came, gave me a quote and took all the cabinet doors at the same time. He completed the installation the next day. It was one of the best service experiences I've had.
