Our experience with them was every good. They were excellent. I like that they are very professional and they know exactly what needs to be done. We have used them last year also.

I used them twice. It was a very positive experience. They are very professional. They clean up nicely. I've had no problems whatsoever.

He was very friendly and fine. When I spoke to him about the service, it was easy to make an arrangement for him to come over and had a look of the situation. After he looked at the situation, he made some recommendations. He just sounded very honest and open about the situation of the tree and what needed to be done. I thought his prices were very reasonable. He was not the least expensive in the three people that I have talked to. He was not the most expensive either. He was about in the middle as far as cost was concerned.

We have used this company for years to trim our trees. Even though Richard, who we originally worked with, sold the company the new owners are just as good and the service is impeccable. Communication is great, scheduling is prompt and the price is always fair.

Just fine. Before the work began, we consulted on what should be done. Our intent was to get a "cleaner" look to the trees and the suggestions were right on target. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the area nicely. Also answered all my questions about their procedures. I liked them.

Removed several broken limbs from the previous ice damage, shaped the tree nicely and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend.

The Tree Fella has maintained our trees for several years. They have done a great job of pruning, and removing trees from our yard ( due to lighting strikes and wind/hail damage). Several trees had issues early on, but solid diagnosis and treatment has saved them all. Great service and prompt response to our needs/requests.

Called them the Friday before and had an estimate by the followoing Monday. The service was at my property about 7 am 07/16/2013 (Tuesday). Very polite, professional service. Excellent and timely work. It was the very first time the 40 year old tree had been trimmed. It looks wonderful and the branches are no longer too close to my home. Left their work areas very clean.

I called the Tree Fella about 7:30am this morning and spoke directly with Camille. She came out to the property to give me an estimate and the guys showed up mid-afternoon. Not only did they remove the broken section take it away, they didn't damage the fence removing the branches, they also evened up the other side of the tree AND took off some branches from my other Bradford Pear that were going to be problems in the future. Very pleased with the service and the above and beyond work, will absolutely use them in the Fall to do some additional pruning on all of my trees.

I am very satisfied with how my trees look after the work. I have high confidence that the Tree Fella knows what they are doing and my trees will grow well for many years. I wish they would have made it more clear to me that I did not request that my crape mirtle trees be trimmed. They used a term I didn't understand when asking about what I wanted done. I plan to hire them to do the crape mirtle trees.

They were very professional and I would definitely use them again. When I asked for an estimate, Camille arrived at the time she said she would be there. Although it wasn't the cheapest estimate I received, I felt comfortable with her knowledge. On the day the work was to be performed, the crew arrived exactly at 8:30 am, ready to work. Kevin and Brian were there the entire time and kept me notified of exactly what they were doing as they progressed. They were quick and efficient. When the work was done, they asked me to come out and let them know if there was anything else they could do as far as more trimming, etc. They totally cleaned up the area before leaving. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for tree service.

Tree Fella crews removed a 30 foot bald cypress from our backyard. They arrived promptly on the day, worked efficiently and safely. The crew removed the trunck and branches. Within 1/2 hour of their finishing the job, the stump grinder arrived. He ground the stump efficiently and safely. Would highly recommend this company for tree work.

My phone call requesting an estimate was returned promptly. The explanation for the work requested was complete and thorough including what to expect. Owner of the company was courteous, respectful, and very professional. The day the job was scheduled,the crew arrived on time, completed the work as expected, cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and professional. They were very careful to ensure that no damage was done to our deck, fencing, house. The stump grinder was efficient and courteous. All in all, a very good experience. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I was given an estimate, a time they could do the work, they showed up on time, did the work as needed and left!

I have had Tree Fella trim my six trees twice over the past 5 years. His crew does an excellent job and shapes them gorgeously. Hint - get your bradfords pruned/trimmed in the fall before the leaves fall off and you will have much less to rake up in your yard. A microburst cell hit my subdivision and knocked out a large chunk of the tree. We called Tree Fella and Camille came out the next day (Saturday) and gave us an estimate for removal. We said yes and they did the job on Monday. On time, on budget,and this is a company that does work for us that I would recommend without hesitation.

This company's employees came out early in the morning. Asked me how I wanted the tree pruned and I left it up to them since they are the experts. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. I have had several neighbors tell me how beautiful the tree looks now. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again.

We are still receiving estimates, but the Tree Fella will definitely be considered based on their quick response!

Overall, I was very satisfied. He worked within my budget and had the work done on time on the scheduled day. When I did voice one concern to him regarding our Peach Tree, he checked it out immediately and resolved my concern. We have Oaks, Elms, Japanese Maple, China Berry, etc., and he took care of them all. My next door neighbor also recently used him to trim his trees, and he was very satisfied.

I left a voicemail and within an hour I got a call back. I emailed pictures from which a quote was provided. Richard gave me instructions on contacting a service who would make arrangements for all utilities to be located. The utilities were maked within 48 hours and the next day the job was completed.

We were pleased with his services, and we will use him again in the future. He was right on time, and he was very professional. The staff did a great job, and they cleaned up adequately. They did not damage anything, and they did everything we asked them to do. I rate them high overall.

I contacted Richard to get an estimate to trim three large trees in my yard. I called back within a couple of hours with a price. I gave him the go ahead and his crew showed up the next day and trimmed the trees. Very happy with the service.

Did a great job. He and his crew were punctual and did everything as promised. He is local and I will call him again this fall for additional work.
