+ 0 moreIt was fine, I probably got what I paid for. Next time I would pay a bit more if I could have a company that was concerned and helpful more than just "fixing the problem". He was polite, but I didn't have a really note worthy job done. If I took a bit more effort myself, I probably could have done the same thing and saved my money.
Description of Work: We had some broken and misdirected sprinkler heads. I have worked on our system before and knowing that it can be a lot of work to get it done right, I wanted to skip the hassle and let someone fix if for us. He came out and did the work rather quickly, and was polite, but I really didn't feel like he was an expert in the field. He didn't bother to cut back or dig around any overgrown areas where sprinkler might have trouble coming out of the ground, and really I feel he just fixed the bare minimum without really going the extra mile.

Description of Work: Fixed an underground leak which was the reason I called then tweaked the rest of our system as I had requested. Dan and his assistant were very friendly and professional. Will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: fixed sprinklers, stopped working within days,so had guy who mows and cleans my yard repair and replace sprinklers and now everything works.

+ 0 moreThe whole process was done in an hour. They were professional ,courteous, and very helpful. They explained how to run my system for the maximum effect and now I have the best lawn in my neighborhood.
Description of Work: I had a coupon that I had purchased through the list. They came out and explained in detail what the coupon covered. Checking my system,resetting it ect. I also explained I had some issues with a couple of areas and the sprinkler heads. The fixed those for me as well as installed a new sprinkle in a flower bed.

+ -1 moreI thought there was a leak in the sprinkler system. After they came out and dug for about an hour, they discovered a leak in the main water line. Although this really isn't their specialty, they made a trip to Home Depot for the parts and repaired the water line. Outstanding service.

+ -1 moreThey were good. I'll say this, he somehow didn't write down my phone number during the first appointment. So it was pouring rain, but he drove up and said that he didn't write my number down, its my fault, but I wanted to tell you I really can't do it today. So I give him an attaboy for that. We rescheduled for another time the next week and he came out and did it. He did a good a job. They were out here for about an hour. They used top of the line parts and I haven't had a problem with it. They were 20 to 30 minutes late.
Description of Work: They changed maybe 4 or 5 sprinkler heads.

+ -1 moreCould not ask for a nice gentleman or better service. Went above and beyond the call of duty. A true pleasure!
Description of Work: Sprinkler Medic answered the phone on a Friday evening. My sprinkler system was not working. They came out the next morning; diagnosed the problem(a defective control panel)quickly replaced it. The new panel cover was dropped and I was offered either a discount to keep that one, or have another one put in the following Monday. I chose the latter option. An appointment was made for that Monday and they showed on time and installed the new panel without any wasted time. They refused payment until the job was done. My sprinkler heads were also repaired in about 15 minutes. They also came back to help with my garage door which wasn't closing. You simply do not find this kind of courteous; efficient; reasonable service anywhere anymore. If you have a problem with your sprinkler system, you would be wise to call sprinkler medic.

+ -1 moreOver the winter one of the heads had frozen and I had a geyser in my yard. They came out as soon as I called, inspected the whole system as a courtesy and found two more heads that were not retracting properly that I didn't even know about. They were polite and professional and were there for us when we needed them. I highly recommend them.
