It went good overall. The problem came up with the scheduling. I had taken time off to meet them at a specific time and they called at that moment and rescheduled because another job had went over. I ended up getting the ramp done as a extra value due to the reschedule. It took 3 or 4 appointments to finish the work and the last appointment they were supposed to be at my home around 2 pm and they showed up around 11 am. They did good work and they always called and apologized when it came to rescheduling. The guy seems personable.

The service was great! Willard is very experienced and showed up with all of the correct tools/ equipment. Once he was gone, there was no mess and he did an excellent job. The deal was for 4hrs and he finished the job in a bit less time so helped me hang a towel rack on my bathroom wall. I will definitely use this company again anytime that I need handyman work!!

It has been a very stressful experience with this handyman and his company. Time, appointment was badly managed and the service was not effectively and efficiently performed. Over several instances after holes were made into wall, the handyman said the task could not be done. I purchased a deal for 4 hours of service and requested for an afternoon appointment on Saturday the 5th. The handymen said he will come at 2 pm. He didn't show up until 3: 30 and only by then did we find that he brought an assistant with him and said that the deal for 4 hours is for 1 handyman and since he brought an assistant with him, so they will work for 2 hours. We thought logically it made sense so we went along. The handyman himself started out on mounting the TV and his assistant worked on the cabinets. Soon the handyman found that we needed a grommit kit to hide the cables. We asked him to tell us what is it that we need so my husband could run and get it. He said we won't know what it is so he insisted that he would go to the nearby Lowes/Home Depot to get it. 35-40 mins later, he returned with the kit and resumed working. And around 5:30 (two hours later which meant our deal for the 4 hours was up), the handyman told us that his assistant had to leave to pick up his wife. I told him that I had said from the beginning and had repeated in email correspondence as well as messaging texts that I want to have both tasks done on the same day. But he insisted that his assistant had to leave and that they had had a long day working. I asked him to come back on Sunday so that way I don't have to clean up the house twice with everything as a mess in the kitchen even though only 1/3 of the hardware installation was done in 2 hours by that assistant guy. But they insist that they don't work on Sunday and the only time he could come back was more than a week later. I insisted again for them to return sooner, and finally they agreed they would return on Monday. By then the handyman said that he can't mount the TV on a fixed bracket/tv mount that we bought. And he said he will go to Home Depot to pick up a tilted one on Monday when he comes. Then comes Monday, he was supposed to come at 2:00, but he didn't call until 3:30 and said that the TV mount that he was going to pick up can't be bought in the store. I checked online and see that that set will not be delivered until another 10 days or more, so I proposed that I will get one set similar to the one he showed from Amazon and it could be delivered within 2-3 days. So we agreed to move the appointment to Thursday the 10th at 2:00. Again, on Thursday he said he won't be able to come until past 4 pm, so I requested for him to come on Friday morning instead. He said he will come at 8, and later that morning, texted to notify he will come at 10 instead. After he came, he worked with the new TV mount that I bought and without reading the instruction, he said the holes on two bracket panels don't align and that I should not have bought it from Amazon. So after another while, he found that there is another small bracket to bind the two panels together and so, the unit seemed to work. And without taken everything into considerations, he put the top panel on the wall, yet creating more holes in addition to the ones he made with the last tv mount, then he discovered that there had to be 7" gap between the top panel and the bottom panel. So, he had to take everything out and re-do everything again. So, finally after 3 hours in the 2nd visit, he finished mounting the tv. And then, he started working on the cabinets. By then, I figured that he will never finish the task within 4 hours (which is 8 hours in total), so I asked him to just drill the holes into the cabinets and we will do the rest ourselves. Finally, about 4 hours later, he finished drilling all the holes and we had to pay for another 4 hours of service and had to put on half of the cabinet hardware ourselves. And just yesterday, we found out that there are many cracks along the holes inside of the cabinets of our master bedroom, and he wrongly put a hole in our pull-out trash cabinet for a knob instead of for a handle. Overall, we felt we had been cheated by his manipulation on time, and the actual tasks performed were far from being professional, effective, nor efficient. It has been a very upset experience and it's sad that he could be listed on Angieslist with such kind of service and management.

It was an ambitious to-do list but he was able to finish everything in the four hours. All of the work was done very well.

First he had his helper come to do the work and the frame we wanted hung was not to our satisfaction so Willard came and tried to handle it. Ended up the multiple frames were not even. Willard spent extra time the next couple of days to rectify the issue after we decided we were sending the frame back. If things didn't go as straight he would work extra to fix it. We didn't have to pay much over the coupon rate for all the extra time. This was big in terms of integrity. Although a couple things didn't go as planned he rectified those things without trying to charge an arm and a leg.

Fair pricing, honesty & integrity. Does a great job. He even did some extra work for no charge since the timing of the job took longer than expected. We would definitely hire again. He did everything we asked of him & more.

Great communication - received a call saying they would be 20 minutes late - was actually 15. Excellent work, clean up was spotless, hauled away the empty fixture cartons. Will definitely use again.

Had to reschedule, but no problem with that. They did an excellent job with the installation considering it probably was the first for them. Anyway, overall I was very pleased with the results. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went great. I purchased four (4) hours of Handyman time from PTC after estimates I received elsewhere just seemed too high and disproportionate to the size of the job. PTC called me the same day and set up an appointment within two days. PTC called me enroute to let me know if their ETA. They explained about possible issues with the old (25+ years) plumbing. Hot/cold water lines I bought were too short. Owner drove into Whitesboro to get the correct parts. His team - Hymie and CaWourk were very careful, cleaned up as they went, and did a really, really nice job. The new vanity wasn't as deep as the old one so they installed flooring to cover the concrete, and cut tile I had to make and install as a backsplash. When it was done, I had s new look in the laundry room that was fresh and functional. I'd recommend these folks to anyone - already have to several friends.

Willard and his crew did a great job rebuilding our master bathroom including new drywall, new tile around tub/shower, painting, and installing new bathroom fixtures. Very professional and reasonably priced. We will definitely hire them again when needed.

Contractor returned to fix to my satisfaction some issues from the original work.

Great!! Williard and his helpers arrived on time and never stopped working. They were all very nice and the work completed was done well.

Went fine. After I decided I wanted to change height of light fixtures, he agreed to re-do them for me. We had limited lumber to floor attic so he suggested that we leave an inch or so between boards in order to give us more storage space. We thought that was a good idea and worked well. Cleaned up after all jobs. Good attitude. Pleasant.

Roger did a good job. Quality was very good. They did what they said they would do at the agreed price thru the Handyman for the Day price. Would hire again.

Handyman had a long drive from previous appt and he arrived an hour late, but Eric and his assistant, Komarco, mananged to hang the 6 unframed doors in the planned 5-hour period.

I was very pleased. They showed up on time, ready to work. They made sure they knew what I wanted before starting, and they accomplished everything I asked them to do. The work looks clean and solid and they carefully cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this service to anyone and I'm definitely going to use them again.

I orginially had bought a coupon for $250 for four hours of hanyman service to repair some sheetrock damage in two bathroom and a bedroom. Willard came and worked very diligently to finish the items I had listed. Willard was very professional and took a lot of pride in his work. He was very conscientious about protecting my floors and furniture when he was working. Before he left, I asked to take a look at my back patio. The previous owners had stuccoed the ceiling on the covered patio, and it was falling in different spots. Willard gave me an estimate of one day's labor to repair the ceiling, paint the areas where the sheetrock had been repaired and to hang a light fixture. The patio ceiling project became much more involved than either of us had anticipated. When the ceiling was being painted, it fell in other places requiring additional patches. Needless to say, the job took longer than one day. Willard and his son-in-law work diligently to repaired the ceiling. They had to come back multiple times to complete the job. Willard, however, said he would stick to his orignial bid. However, I decided to pay him twice his orginial bid. I really appreciate his tenacity to finish the job. Willard is a man of integrity who does quality work. I would hire him again.

They were pretty good. They came in and did the job. It took a few days. What I was told was he was doing the job between jobs. I needed it to be done as soon as possible. He was saying the only time he could would be a week later and I couldn't wait a week later. Under those circumstances, they did come in and do a pretty good job. I really don't have any complaints. There was additional cost. They had to do an extra hour and a half or two hours. But, we worked that out. It was $50 extra. The price was fair. It wasn't as quick and fast as I would have liked it. But, then again, he was telling me that he had another job that was taking most of his time. So, he was fitting me in to accommodate me as quick as he could.

I am very satisfied with the work performed and have no complaints.

The quality of work is excellent. It took longer than expected but all the items I had on my list was handled regardless of the amount of time it took. The young gentle working with the contractor (Karmucus) was very professional and excellent service.
