Description of Work: I've not posted this sooner, so the approximate date of service is wrong. The actual visit was 6+ months ago, but Angie's List keeps pestering me for a review and I want to get them off my back. At the end of the day, the description of the services really was a fee to have additional services quoted to me, so I didn't proceed with the effort. If I had known it was a fee to quote services, I wouldn't have purchased the package. The service provider may be good at what he does, but his verbal quote struck me as being extremely high for what he was describing. Again, he may be excellent at what he does so he may be fine for someone else. I really blame Angie's List because I feel the package was described one way and it was really something else. But since Angie's List will hound me until the end of my days, here's the review. If I could rate Angie's List, I'd give them an F.

Description of Work: Slow getting it done and poor results. Lawn never did green up like with other services. May be lower quality fertilizer they use. Weeds still came in so the weed treatment did not do as with other services i have used.

Description of Work: We purchased the $49 outdoor living space evaluation and plan. After trying to schedule multiple times to have Aaron come out and discuss our project I gave up. Moral of the story, they got my $49 dollars and we got no service. We ended up finding another company, scheduled things quickly and the project is complete.

+ -1 moreThe gentleman in charge presented all of the options available to us, according to different price ranges. He was very helpful and gave good recommendations as to what to put in our yard to make it look great. He was also great about not trying to get us to spend more than we wanted to.
Description of Work: They re-did all of our backyard landscaping after a huge storm had tore out our four pear trees and ruined some of the existing shrubbery. So they planted new trees, shrubs, and bushes in our back yard and fixed other small landscaping issues.

+ -1 moreHe goes by his word, I had trees that died over that time period, he came out replaced them both with equal or greater value. In fact he told me when he plants trees he puts a one year warranty. HE IS GREAT! Everyone needs to know about him, he is reasonable and honest.
