The crew did an awesome job. They dug the trench, ran the gas line then came back and covered the trench. There was little to no mess in my yard. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The guys were dressed professionally and showed up during the time window they gave me. They explained everything upfront before they did anything so I knew the total price and it didn't change once they finished. I switched out my tank heaters for a tankless and I'm very happy with my new system. I would definitely recommend Smith and Son to anyone.

This company is very great to work with I called them and needed them immediately they got here fast accessed the situation (Stove and sink had the parts on site reasonable price fixed it and cleaned up after themselves Highly recommend them for anything plumbing related will definitely use them again.

Anthony Garcia from Smith and Son Plumbing came with a helper. No hello sir, nothing. He didn't care to see the sink. Never asked about the leak underneath and didn't care. I had to lead them to the kitchen & try and explain what was going on. He didn't care. The 1st words he said was, " you have a bump? We need to fix that." He wanted to dig under the house. He did not care what I wanted and didn't want to listen. He kept interrupting me telling me what they needed to do to fix the bump. He wanted a big pay check and that's all he wanted like I was some 60 yr. old kid that knows nothing. He wanted $360 to get a camera to look and then they would decide what additional costs would be. He said there could be tree roots and it all could have to be replaced trying to put fear in my mind and build value in his invoice. When I pointed out there was no tree on that side of the house and that I had Root Barriers installed between the tree areas and the house 7 years ago he simply pivoted to probably $560 to $700 to do the camera and snake but if they had to get a jetter it would be more like $1,000. I had to forcefully tell him I was not going to fix the bump as it made no financial sense opposed to snaking or jetting the line once every 5 yrs for $150- $300. He then told me "You want a big job for a cheap price and I'm not going to work for nothing." I told him "I want a PROFESSIONAL that will do some diagnostics 1st, that means listening to find out the problem, looking at the problem and making a determination and then giving options with a fair estimate. I don't want cheap, I want fair and I want it to work properly. I don't replace a car because it has a small dent when it otherwise gets the job done. You need to leave." They left. The next Angie's list plumber came, was professional, checked under the sink and fixed it all in less than an hour for far less than that guy tried to take from me. Below in "approximate cost of service" is what I paid the next plumber with zero negotiation on my part.
