+ -1 moreRichard did a great job! I am surprisedto see that he doesnt have any reviews. Thats probably because he is very down to earth. He might not have asked anyone to write a review. I have number of small projects at my new house. I received quotes from several handymen. Richard had most reasonable out of.all and he provided instantn separate quotes for every single project I asked for. He didnt have any.minimum like other handymen out there. I asked him if he can only do the Kitchen under sink bottom replacement for which he quoted $95. He was ready to come only for that. He came on time for estimates as well as actual work visit and did a very good job. I would definitely recommend him!
