Instead of just telling me what happened on the capacitors, he showed me where it needed to be instead of where it actually was. Then he kind of explained and broke down the issue and he told me things to be aware of . That, if I see them, to let him know, and if not then I should be good to go. So I appreciated the way he did business. He was very knowledgeable. He left the area very clean.

iThe secondary condensate line of my AC units were dripping over my roof, i know if that too get clogged it will flood my Attic and house, John is very responsive and accommodative, he came to my home on Saturday morning and did flushed my condensate lines with air. Unfortunately after this pressure flush it clogged one my sink drain, called an plumber to clear that up, but that is not John's fault. $60 Service call $125 for flushing two lines Total $185 Little expensive but its my fault I should have checked the cost of the service upfront.
