Initially went well. Needed some missed details on the frames of our canned lights. They refused.

We needed new and better gutters. Old gutters were builder spec and had been hung improperly. Kory advised a larger size gutter and additional downspout to channel the water better. The job was fast and easy... they hauled off the old gutters. No mess at all. After many rains in our area over the past several months, I can confidently say that the new gutter system not only looks great, but performs exceptionally well. Outstanding workmanship.

Excellent work. Price was very competitive, less expensive than several other bids received. The owner, Kory, was personally involved daily. The house looks like new after their work. I highly recommend Protek and will hire them again in the future!

Jordan sales presentation and support thought the process by Jarrod. Really worked on informing us n the best choice of paint quality for the value, but would allow us to chose other grades if we wished. Really seemed like trying to educate (not pressure) the customer to win the bid against other competitors - liked that. Job was done with very good quality and in the time expected. Crew really looked like they cared about the quality of the work. Did minor carpentry repairs, and repainted exterior of house. Bid came if ~10-20% lower than some others, but got just as much value. Definately would recommend this contractor.

The quality of the work was excellent. They were very responsive throughout the process even when we had an additional repair due to a water leak 30 days after completing the initial job. Their crews were extremely courteous and proficient and Jared was both professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them.

Kory Cheatham, the owner, was very knowledgeable with regard to different types of stain and the relative advantages and disadvantages of each. We decided on a semi-solid stain and he immediately sent me a color chart with a recommendation based upon the current color of the doors. Kory arrived the day of work with an actual sample of the stain on a piece of wood to ensure that we had selected wisely. The painter, who arrived shortly thereafter, did an excellent job of masking and actual spray staining. He also re-caulked around the garage door frames. Kory came back as the job was being completed so we could look things over. I was very satisfied with the service and the actual work performed and I would use Protek Painting again.

It didn't. I emailed three companies for estimates and this was the first to respond. However,his follow thru was definitely lacking.

It went very well! Jarrod is on top of his game and is very knowledgeable in his field. He satisfied every question I asked of him and is thorough in his explainations. He checked in at the job site when his painters were working to make sure everything was going well. I appreicate a Lead who cares about the quality of work and truely looks in to see that its being carried out right. This company is one of the best I have ever worked with! Jarrod is exceptionally honest, customer-focused and his team does tremendous work! I don't know where to start... I had an insurance issue because of some damaged siding on my house, and it's a long story, but Jarrod went WAY above and beyond to try to help me deal with this time-sensitive issue, even offering his personal time to get something fixed before a deadline hit. I have never had a business owner offer to help me out in this way before, and even though I came up with a "plan B" to deal with the deadline, Jarrod earned my business!! I had 4 or 5 companies out to look at my house and propose solutions, and Jarrod had the very BEST, long-term solution to do the repair work, compared to all the others. This impressed me a lot. On top of that, he was exceptionally honest and forthright in his bid - he detailed out all the expenses, and promised there would not be any "hidden or added charges" after they began the work. (Many companies offer a low bid, but when they start the work - esp. if there are repairs - they get started and then tell you it's worse than they thought and they will have to charge extra.) His bid was not the highest or the lowest - it was right where it should be - high quality work, on time, for a fair price. It was worth every penny and then some! He ended up starting the project AHEAD of schedule, and finished ahead of projected timeline as well. I had a door sweep issue, and he came out personally - on his BIRTHDAY while his family was waiting on him - to troubleshoot the problem and adjust the sweep I had bought to fit my door. Who does that??? I can't recommend Jarrod and Protek painting highly enough. They will have my painting business FOREVER!!! Thanks again Jarrod and team - you are the BEST!!

They were good. I really liked the sales representative. The job took a week to finish. The only thing I would have liked better would have been if the manager would have been on site more often.

Protek was very responsive, punctual and professional in doing an assessment and providing an estimate. As noted, we did not go forward with Protek because we opted for a more comprehensive effort.

Jarrod was our contact and was great to work with. He was on time and very detailed with the quote. We picked them to do the work after getting a few other quotes. They were able to work us in quickly due to a weather cancellation. The painters were prompt and did a great job covering our floors and belongings. The work was done in the time frame we had discussed and the walls and ceilings look wonderful. Would hire them to paint the other half of my house if I could afford it!

Jarrod was our direct contact and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions, concerns and priorities. The painting crew arrived each day as planned and were skillful, neat, and courteous. The job was completed in the time estimated especially since the weather cooperated. We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of ProTek. We will use them again in the future and would happily recommend them to our neighbors.

The owner checks all work and corrects any problems he sees. Additionally, if you see problems or issues he will address them to your satisfaction. I would definitely use them again.

Painting crew arrived on time. Taped off areas to prevent over spray. Completed the work in two days. Conducted a walk through when the job was completed to ensure our satisfaction. They did paint shut a couple of vents on the side of the house. I called them back to fix that problem. They returned and fixed the problem.

I called and scheduled for Kory, the owner, to come out and give an estimate rather quickly. He arrived on time and was very friendly and informative. He took the measurements and we discussed colors. I left it to him to match the existing color and the finished product was beautiful. The crew arrived on time and were able to complete most of the job in one day. This included all of the cream trim work, a pretty dark grey for the gutters, and the double car garage door. They would have re-stained the front door that same day but I was thinking about hiring them to also paint the interior. After decided not to do that at this time I scheduled with Kory to have the painter come back out to complete the front door. The finished product was better than I imagined and the price was great. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future for our painting needs.

Quote obtained to paint exterior of 2 story (3000 sf) house and repair/replace any deteriorated fascia in preparation for gutter replacement by another provider. Jarrod from Protek provided a complete quote for the work and the price was competitive with other quotes I had obtained. Within a few days, I made decision to have Protek do the work which included repaint of home with a slightly darker tone than existing color, paint exterior shutters, replace any rotten wood fascia behind gutters, replace wood trim around 2 front dormers, and paint front door with different color. Project was started earlier than expected as they had a date open up within a couple of days rather than estimated couple of weeks. Timing could not have been better as I was able to schedule the gutter replacement shortly after Protek completed their work. Communication with Jarrod was prompt and he was always responsive to any questions I had. Paint crew also asked me to do a walk through with them to touch up any areas they may have missed. There were only a couple spots near the garage that needed additional paint and they took care of it right away. Jarrod also later did a quality check and found no issues. We chose a dark color for the front door and it turned out great. We had to replace a gable vent that needed to be special ordered. Protek came out several weeks later, installed and painted it for us at no charge. Overall, Protek exceeded my expectations in doing what they promised. I had expected some issues to come up but nothing ever came up.

My initial message was answered quickly. Kory came to the house with color chips and thoroughly covered what services would be provided. We were given everything in writing, so there was no guesswork. He was very upbeat, friendly, and professional. Workers showed up sooner than I anticipated, and finished the work in two days. Everything was done very professionally. Plastic covered windows, and all areas that didn't call for paint were adequately prepped. Colors were applied as agreed, and paint coverage is excellent. Cleanup afterward was thorough. The walk-around with Kory after the painters finished revealed some minor caulk drips, and he removed them on the spot. I highly recommend Protek.

The crew was professional, neat and happy...they were actually singing as they painted and the work was impeccable.

The whole thing took about a day. They were really efficient. They were pretty quiet and everything just went beautifully. They worked with two different paints. Williams and another one that we met with them for them to give us the estimate regardless the . looked pretty nice. That was pretty cool. He took down all the curtains and stuff. They were competitive with other people I looked into.

Excellent work! They were here when they said they would be here. It cost what they said it would cost. Owner was helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, will use again.

They should be more explicit on their website that they ONLY do ENTIRE exterior painting not repair work; Person answering phone made it sound as if repair work is beneath them.

All of my contacts with Jarrod were prompt, professional, and immensely helpful. I got a clear, detailed estimate that was far lower than the other two quotes I got, and Jarrod gave me an education about what this process would entail (I'm a fairly new homeowner and I'd never done exterior painting before). The process of getting scheduled and underway went smoothly, and the house looks great (my neighbors think so, too). They were very detail-oriented, and did not hesitate to fix the minor problems I found at the final walk-through. When the owner came by the morning after they finished to haul away the trash, he grabbed a broom from my garage, and got my driveway and walk swept of the small debris left over. Although I'm really happy with the job overall, communication between me and Jarrod and the crew was not always seamless. Rain was expected in the middle of my job, so the crew let me know when they left Wednesday night that they'd be back on Saturday morning. They showed up at 1:00 unannounced on Friday and told me they'd be finishing the job, so I needed to be home late that afternoon. This involved some desperate, last-minute juggling of my schedule. Jarrod got tied up in traffic coming to the final walk-through and I didn't hear from him until an hour after we were scheduled for the walk-through. We did it the next day, and everything got worked out, but better communication could have saved me some grief.
