They showed up when expected, identified the problem, and the repaired the problem.

I've had a wet area in my yard that has killed off some trees. The city came out and said they checked and there aren't any leaks in their lines. Dan came out and showed me that I don't have any leaks in my lines and that the city must be wrong. He was thorough and professional and discounted the charge since he didn't actually have to fix anything.

He showed up on time and was very polite and courteous the whole time. He explained that I already had the capability to have my existing sprinkler system converted to one that could be attached to an electronic timer. I had called several other guys to help me with my water irrigation problem and none told me that I had this capability. I was floored. I thought I was going to have to install a whole new system that could be on an electronic timer. He basically said he could get my existing system repaired, and he would attach a timer for me. For $350, compared to what a new system would have cost, I was more than happy to pay it. If I had known I had a system that could be timed, I would've solved this problem a long time ago, but he was the first one to be able to point that out. Sounds simple. But, I called another company on Angie's list, and he couldn't tell I had one so apparently this isn't as easy as it sounds. Anyways, he performed the work, and I am happy with my electronic system. I don't have to manually water my yard anymore.

The sprinkler system in our house was installed by the previous owner himself and was not done professionally, but the person from the professional sprinkler company was able to work with it. He was able to deal with the situation and improve it as it was giving a lot of problems. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. He was a pleasant person to work with and he knew what he was doing.

Dan showed up on time and proceeded directly to address the problems we had discussed in making the appointment. As always he knew what he was doing and was neat and careful in what is a dirty workplace.
