PRECISION WINDOWS

After the flooding, I noticed one of my windows had water in between the panes. I contacted Precision Windows and asked for them to come out to take a look at it and also check out all my other windows. I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they responded. They came out (when they said they would) and evaluated my windows. In all, I had 4 with problems. They gave me a quote, which I felt was fair for the work, and then they scheduled the service. The service was performed as scheduled, and the work was excellent. The windows look very neat and tidy and I am very pleased. During the process, they communicated with me to let me know when they would be there, and also sent me an invoice when I asked for one. I would definitely used them again and I would refer them to others. Thank you so much for your help!

Contacted Precision Windows via Angie's List and they replied promptly. Scheduling was very flexible and the estimator showed up on time. He was very friendly and quick. Took about 2 weeks for the windows to come in. This was clear upon ordering. Installer called day before to remind me he needed access to the house. then called day of to let me know when to expect him. He was professional and friendly. Total install took roughly an hour. He cleaned up after himself and cleaned the glass before leaving.

They replaced a broken window. Then a storm came through and something was blown through it and it was broken again. It was very strange that it was the same window. I felt may be it was not secured properly or may be it was not strong enough or something. They came out and did a great job in replacing it. No problems about that. But the fact that the new window got broken was really weird. I paid 200$ for each time they came over.

We were pleasantly surprised that only a handful of windows needed replacement because we thought it was going to be all of them as our house is over 30 years old. They called us right back after we sent an email through Angie's List and came out within a few days and worked around the freezing weather and other constraints we had to help us get our house ready to sell. Awesome job!!

We have used them in the past and wanted to use them again. They replaced the glass on all our upstairs windows with energy efficient glass. They offered us the option to only change the glass and leave the frames because it was more cost effective. They did order one wrong glass. (they ordered a rectangle but needed a half moon). They were speeding in correcting the error. Later we noticed a leak and they promptly returned and re-caulked and we have not had any issues since.

I have been using John for 20 years. He first replaced windows for me when we lived in Dallas. When we began having the same problems in our new house, I called John. So far he has replaced 8 windows for me and I am about to call him for the next one! He is professional and rates are very reasonable. He is the best!

Requested a service call from provider through Angie's List. They responded within 48 hours. Scheduled an estimate within 5 days, Repair was completed within a week. Very flexible and very very affordable. I have added them to my list for MY HOME's providers. Will use them every time.

smoothly. John was here on time. Took 5 minutes to give me a quote. I consulted him on several items. He was clearly knowledgeable and freely dispensed advice. Gave me a quote on a much large >$800 window also which we are changing to something else. I agree on the spot. A few days later I sent an email and found out my install availability date. The guys came out and replaced the window. They were so fast and made so little noise that my wife didn't even know they had been here.

They did an inspection on the windows for our home purchase because we knew a few of the windows were clouded. We had a window company to do the inspection because the windows were very dirty and hard to tell if they were clouded. They came back and told us that there were 4 windows that needed to be replaced. The sellers of the home agreed to pay for the windows. Prior to closing I called the company to make sure that they performed a thourough inspection because we did not want any surprises at closing or after we moved in. They assured us that they were confident it was only those 4. Since moving into the house and cleaning the windows we have now found 4 more windows that are clouded. I spoke with the company and they said that they did the best inspection they could, but they did not go inside and did not get a ladder for second floor windows. The inspection was not thourough and ended up costing us a lot of extra money that should have been paid in our closing. They would not discount the windows more than 10%. The work they did was quick and seems to be holding up, but I am very disappointed in the inspection and their response after they found out what they missed.

Provider came out and inspected window to provide estimate. Quote was very reasonable and so service was scheduled. Service provider came out and had the window installed in no time. Very good price, very professional, and hassle free.

I am selling my home and as it would stand the inspector nit picked on me. One item was the windows needed to be repaired which was merely a cosmetic issue and I knew that much. I agreed to get them repaired, but found out that my widows are not so easily repaired by having the vinyl replaced. There was a possibility to damage the windows. I had 4 companies come out and the other 2 were trying to take my money in replacing the windows. The third was honest in saying he could try, but stated they could break. Precision was honest as well and said he would leave it alone though it would cost him business. It is rare these days to have people be honest about things who do not to lead you on or take your money. I was very impressed with the honesty, price, and integrity John showed. I would for sure use him in the future if I need window work and would recommend him to others.

Precision Windows was reccomended to us for replacement of our home windows. I contacted them to schedcule an appointment and left a message. My call was returned the next day. The girl that returned my cal was confused about who I was and was a little evasive when I asked questions about the windows. I scheduled an appointment to have our windows measured so we could get an estimate from them. On the day of the appointment, no one showed. I called again and scheduled another time for the measurements and again no one showed at the time arranged. I can't speak to the quality of thier windows since they never kept thier appointments, but they were completely unporfessional and I would not reccomend using them at all.

I have a few windows which could not be closed properly (air came in when closed and locked). After calling a few "window" companies which only want to do glass replacement and window replacement, I called Precision Windows. John came out the second day and adjusted those windows and refuse to take any payment. They will be my window/glass contractor from now on.

I'm simply impressed with John and his entire staff. During the initial consultation, John was able to answer a number of questions and really helped to educate me on different options. Once we decided to move forward with replacing a few windows, it was a matter of just a couple of days before the glass was ready to install and they scheduled a very specific time to arrive. The installer arrived promptly and was completed very quickly. The entire process was smooth and what a difference the new windows make! I will certainly use Precision Windows again in the future.

All shades, etc., were placed back in the original position prior to asking for payment.

Called them on 10/31. They advised that they could come to my home on 11/4 to do an estimate on a window with a broken weatherstrip. They never showed up and never called me back.

They responded to my initial call immediately and set up a date for a representative to come out and give me an estimate which I approved. They set up the date to remove and install new glass in two windows and were here on time and were finished in record time . The workers were very professional and I love my new windows.

New windows look great! The technician actually arrived early, very nice. Will use them again to replace missing screens on the house and shower enclosure replacement.

Precision Windows replaced several windows for us in 2008 and early this year in 2013. A few weeks ago, one of the 2008 windows suddenly fogged up. We called Precision Windows on Monday, and they replaced the window under the warranty with no charge today on Friday. Speedy, professional, and reliable - what more could you want! We remain very impressed with this company!
