Description of Work: Replaced the glass and seal on 6 different windows. The seals had gone bad and the windows were fogged up. Precision Windows came out and measured, ordered the glass, and returned for installment in a timely manner. They look great. I've already suggested them to several neighbors with the same problem.

Description of Work: I called them to come out and give an estimate for one cloudy window in my home. They were very professional and prompt. The man that came out to measure and gave me the estimate suggested that it may be covered under warranty since we had our windows professionally tinted. He suggested that I contact the tint company which I did. I did not use Precision because of the |warranty but would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced glass in broken window. Actually had to come back for a second replacement after glass was broken during storm. Had to wait for section to be built, but response time was good. Installer was efficient and fast. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I called Precision Windows (accidentally....I thought they were the warranty holder of our windows). Kirk was very prompt and friendly when he came to measure the windows. We had three failed seals. When I realized that they were not the correct company, John called and suggested I find out exactly what my warranty would cover with the "correct" company. He told me that some window warranties might depreciate over the years. Not only that, but we are the fourth owner of the home in the last almost ten years. The warranty indeed did not cover the windows at all. I was told the warranties only cover the first and second homeowner (?...the windows are still the same). We ended up continuing with Precision Windows and they even called the day before the repair was scheduled to see if they could come then. Perfect! All total, it took about one week (we had an arch window) from measuring to installation.
