Precision pools and outdoors

The technician did a very un-professional looking job, took multiple visits to replace the pump, did not bring the correct tools for the job. The pump after it was installed was not level and is sitting directly on the ground. The electrical connection (which is 220v) is not in conduit at the connection to the pump. The shaft cover was left off, leaving the motor shaft exposed to the weather. The technician was very hard to get in touch with, so we were left in the dark on if he was coming back to finish. Once he said the job was complete a leak was noticed at the pump and it took 4 days to get him to come back out to fix the leak. In order for the pump to be leveled and not be sitting on the ground the whole plumbing section connected to the 2 valves going to the pool and the spa will have to be completely re-plumbed and I will have to put the wiring in the conduit.
