The service was excellent! I've had my tile & grout cleaned once before by a company I found through Angie's List and it was an absolute waste. The floor looked the exact same. I'm glad I decided to purchase the $199 deal for Kwik Dry and wish I had known about them the first time. The deal that they currently have right now is definitely worth the buy for anyone who need their floors or carpet cleaned. Even without the deal I highly recommend using Kwik Dry. I was initially just using the $199 deal to get my kitchen floors cleaned, and decided to do a bathroom and laundry room as well. The extra two rooms only came out to $50, which is less than some of the other companies I've looked at. It's always a great thing when you find a better product/service for a more affordable price! I was surprised by how quick they were able to come out. I purchased the deal on a Friday evening, and was able to book an appointment for them to come out that Monday morning! The company I used before had me waiting for over a month. In addition to how satisfied I am with how my tile & grout came out, I was very pleased with the professionalism, and friendliness I received. Aside from them providing a great service, they are just overall good people. I would definitely use Kwik Dry again, deal or no deal. I urge you to use them over any other cleaning company out there. You will not be dissapointed.

I bought a big deal from this company to have them come and clean our carpets. The number that was provided by Angie’s List always went directly to voicemail. I left several messages, but never heard anything back. I looked on this company’s website and was provided with a totally different number. When I called this number I was told that this company had changed hands and was no longer associated with Angie’s List.

Very professional, worked with my schedule, very pleased with work. Would recommend.

He moved all the small furniture including the loveseat. Vacuumed, and then cleaned. While our room wasn't full of stains, there were some small spots that I had given up hope that they would ever be removed and another spot where we had had something sticky against the carpet and it had yellowed. All spots came up including the sticky spot. Very pleased with the cleaning, would have him clean again.

Michael was available when other carpet cleaners weren't. He showed up on time, was very courteous, did a great job cleaning all the carpets, and answered all of my questions. The cleaning solution he uses smells very nice and it really made a difference for our white carpet. If you want a quick response and great service, call Michael!

My experience with him turned out very well. He was very courteous and was on time. It was very easy to set up the appointment. It was very easy to set up the appointment which I appreciated. He did a good job. I didn’t do a whole lot of comparison shopping.

I hired Michael and NTX Kwik Dry before and it went well, so when I got his letter that they were now offering tile and grout cleaning services I jumped at the opportunity to use them again. This time Michael came out to clean my tile and grout. As usual when I called Michael was very polite and professional, we scheduled a time for the next day. He arrived 15 minutes early and began working immediately. My tile and grout was in pretty rough shape so you can imagine my surprise when he was done and it looked brand new. The pricing was fair and the service was perfect, I would with out a doubt use Ntx Kwik Dry again.

My 10 year daughter caught a bug/virus (as many did in here school the day before).. Suffice to say, she had an accident in her bedroom and didn't make it to the rest room. I called Michael Friday 8/13 and he was able to respond to a Monday appointment for a cleaning of the bedroom and a cleaning of the large family room. He arrived 15 minutes early, left no mess, carpet looks great and the "accident" is gone as well as many "spots" that were in the living room from our toddler and 4 month old puppy..... I would use his services again and recommend Michael with Kwik Dry!

This is the second time in the last 6 months I have used Kwik Dry and Mike continues to be a fantastic guy to work with. They always show up on time and are prepared to tackle anything. He arrived 10 minutes early and explained the process. Once he got started, he vacuumed and cleaned the carpets for 5 rooms and the main hallway in under 2 hours. My carpets look great and he was even able to get up some icky spots on my carpet that the last 2 carpet cleaning companies I used haven't been able to!

I wanted the carpet in one bedroom cleaned. I called and Michael scheduled the work for a few days later. Michael showed up promptly and was very professional and friendly. I told him that I had decided to have the second bedroom done also if he would have time. He said that would be no problem. He cleaned the carpets in both rooms surprisingly quickly. And, both rooms were dry within an hour. He got out all of the stains in both rooms. The carpets look really fresh and clean. No visible stains remained in either room. I'd hire North Texas Kwik Dry again.

I originally contacted kwik dry to just clean the carpets and then once I saw the quality of work that they performed I had them also clean my couches and chairs. I have a little girl so you can imagine all of the stains and dirt in the carpets. It's like having a new house now! They showed up on time as promised and were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their service.

NTX Kwik Dry was professional and easy to work with. The Technician showed up on time and was very courteous. I was very pleased to find that he was very cautious not to damage the railing on the stairway and wood floors in the entry. I felt comfortable having the Technician in the house. Our carpets look and smell fantastic! My wife and I were extremely pleased with the whole experience and they will continue to have our business.

From the very start i spoke with Michael who was very professional and courteous he gave me a reasonable price for my carpets to be cleaned. After that he was early for our appointment and completed the work in a professional and timely manner while paying attention to little details along the way. The technician Michael was professional, punctual and he was able to remove stains out of my carpet that 3 other carpet cleaning companies had been unable to remove. My carpets and furniture looked and smelled brand new even though i have 2 children and 2 dogs.
