The owner was very trustworthy and a person of integrity. He was very hardworking and attentive. He spent a lot of time, while the job was going on and ensured the outcome was as desired. Communication can be difficult if any issues happen during the process of the job.

It was a great experience from start to fininsh. I emailed Jens on a Sunday night, and he replied the next day. We were in a hurry to get the work done, as we decided to re-do the walk very late in a front landscaping project (we had already scheduled the contractor for the stone flower beds). Jens was able to come out to look at the project and review my wife's very complex new design, and provide his estimate by Tuesday evening. We interviewed 4 contractors for the work; we were confident that they could all do good work, but were most comfortable with Jens. He was very open when discussing options, and had some good suggestions on the design, so we decided to go with him. He was able to start the work the next day, and his crew arrived promptly to jackhammer up the old walk. It took them most of the day, as our builder apparently didn't skimp on the amount of concrete he used. As I mentioned, our design was really complex, with a number of steps, and a large circular landing in the middle; once they laid out the original design with paing, we evaluated it overnight and decided to make some changes. When Jens came the next day, he didn't blink when we told him what we wanted to do, and again made good suggestions to improve the design. The changes made the walk even larger, and required the pouring of an additional pad by the curb to make the visuals of the new walkway work. Jens charged relatively little for the additional work. Once the crew got the walk framed, the fun really began. I've seen lots of concrete work done, but was shocked at how much work doing a stained, patterned walk was. Jens and his guys are true artists, and you can tell that they have true pride in the work that they do. They spent the entire day Friday doing the surface of the walk, then all day Saturday doing the front of the steps BY HAND. Once that work was done, they came back on Monday to put additional color on the "stones" that my wife selected, then sealing. They were really patient, as she worked through just how dark she wanted the colors, and where. They never rushed her or acted annoyed in any way as she agonized over this (they are MUCH more patient than me;)). In the end, we got an amazing piece of concrete artwork in our front yard, and enjoyed every step of the process working with Jens and his team. We've just finished up the landscaping project, but can't tell you how many people slow down while driving by, and how many comments we've had on the walk. Everybody from neighbors to the FedEx and pizza delivery guys mention how great it turned out. The walk was about a third of the cost of the entire project, but gets the most attention. As you can tell, we were thrilled with Jens' work, and would (and have) recommended him to anyone looking to do this kind of work.

The owner of the company, Jens Mueller was very easy to work with,very professional and down to earth. another company had done the work in late may and it was not done right. Jens came out and showed me what i had suspected was wrong. they started the work a few weeks later and did a fantastic job. if i ever need concrete work in the future i will be calling this company. if your thinking about having work done,do not hesitate to call Jens Mueller at North Dallas concrete.

Jens provided the most detailed, comprehensive quote of the five quotes I received. The detail provided in the quote minimizes any misunderstanding when the work is performed. He was not the lowest cost, but was competitive with the other bids. The work took about a week to complete and the finished product is impressive and outstanding. Great attention to detail. Many neighbors and other people driving down the street have stopped to comment on the finished product. Highly recommended!!!
