They were excellent. They took less than an hour to complete my project .

Had to replace the recessed lights and also a non-functioning GFCI outlet. very nice. Came when they were supposed to, brought the things that they needed and there was no upsell nor any change orders.

Communicated well, got the job done within the timeframe I needed.

The person in the office called 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time to tell me the electricians vehicle broke down and they would not be able to perform the service that day. I rescheduled. There was no delivery window and I received no notice the day of the rescheduled service. The electrician just showed up. The electrician that performed the service was excellent. I wish I could have hired him directly. Five stars for the actual service. One star for value and communication from the company.

Excellent customer service. Very professional and took time to explain what was required and also why. I feel that Rusty went above and beyond as he pointed things that were not correct in my electrical panel and corrected these issues. For those of you that may feel the the price is high. I recommend you compare pricing to other electrical service companies. Make sure you compare apples to apples and include warranties. I did and found that Mr. Electric is a winner!

This was the 2nd project that Mr Electric performaed for me. This project required the replacement of a ceiling light in my formal dining area and a ceiling fan in my living area. The new ceiling fan is retractable. The installer finished the dining area light in approximately 30 minutes, He had no previous experience installing retractable ceiling fans and the instructions in the box were totally inadequate. After removing the old fan, he took a short break and went to his vehicle to watch an online video on the new fixture. When he came back, he installed it and had it working perfectly within 20 minutes. Due to.the design of the fan, shadows from some of the wires were showing up through the light cover. Although I said that was ok, he want satisfied. So he removed the cover and used twist ties to eliminate that issue. Bottom line, I was very pleased with the outcome of this project and plan to use Mr Electric for future projects.

He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to have to do and gave me prices right way. He also cleaned up the fluff from the ceiling that had come out of the hole were the light fixture wires were hanging out of. He said of course he cleaned it up (even though it was not a mess he made) but that it was his reputation, I was highly impressed!

Prompt, knowledgeable, great communication, friendly. I am new to EVs, and Jeff took the time to review the pros and cons of each possible charger location. He even did extra, extra work by presenting quotes for each one of them. He was fast and professional, and he didn't leave a mess. This will be my go to business for any future electrical needs.
