Mr. Electric arrived on time and got to right to work. I would hire this company again. Thank you Rusty for taking the time to fix the wiring problem instead of just patching it like other companies had done.

James was GREAT. It was a very rainy Friday and he arrived about 6:30PM as agreed. He replaced 1 of the 2 opposite end of hall on/off wall switches with a motion sensor switch. After installation, he took the time to insure it was working properly and explained in detail the "how to" for setting/adjusting the sensitivity and duration for the lights to be on. He was very professional and cordial. I would definitely use James again.

They explained in detail what I should expect. I had outlets put in my living room floor, and they cut the concrete. They told me to expect lots of dust and noise, but they reduced the dust by screening off the room. I had no surprises, which is good!

James was an extremely competent, professional, conscientious electrician. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to give us the best service possible. For example, I called for a simple floor plug move, but when he got here I requested we add an outlet, not just move the original box AND asked if he could move ANOTHER wall outlet to where a phone jack used to be and re-wire it for USB ports! Yes - quite a large change in my initial request. He not only made time for all of that, he even went to a local store to see if he could get the best possible options for our home (since I had not originally requested these extras). This put my faith back in electricians after some less than honest service calls of late. Would hire again in a split-second and would encourage others to do the same.
