+ -1 moreIF I could give them a NEGATIVE STAR I would. The technician came to repair my Whynter Wine Cooler/Humidor under warranty. He arrived and looked the item over stated that it would be cheaper for a replacement item than to repair it and left. He then reported to the warranty company that my dogs gave him an allergic reaction and they were bothering him during repair. My dogs were locked up and outside. He never saw any of them. This took over a week of not responding to the warranty company and myself calling numerous times per day. Then had the nerve to say my house was unsanitary due to my dogs. He completely lied to my face and the warranty company. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
