We hired Mark to draw plans for our bathroom remodel. Mark was great. He came over and met with us and drew up some plans. We had questions, so he came over and met with us again to answer our questions. He is a great guy and did great work.

Mark exceeded our expectations with the final house plans. He applied his creativity and suggestions and the house plans turned out great.

I was planning to purchase an investment property with the intention of converting the garage space into an apartment. As soon as I spoke to him, he said there may be an issue with the city allowing that. He immediately contacted the city to ask them about it and called me right back to tell me what he found out (he was right about not being able to convert the garage). I was under an option period to buy the property and thanks to him, I probably saved a lot of time and money. Thank you so much Mark for guiding me. Will definitely call / recommend you in the future!

Mark answered my first request and quoted me an approximate price. Then we made an appointment for him to visit my home to see what and where I wanted the addition. Once he saw what I wanted and needed he firmed up te price at a LOWER amount and in about a week I had plans. I am recommending him to my neighbors.

Mark was amazing. He listens to your ideas and incorporates those the best he can with his own vision and experience. It was a painless experience, and my wife and I will certainly be returning.

Overall, Mark was good to work with. We were a little disappointed with the communication back and forth, but we "talked" via email more than over the phone which was probably more of the problem. We ended up with the drawings we needed and all is well.

We were very pleased with the work that Mark McReynolds provided. From the start, he was very responsive, returning my call within a hour, even on a weekend. He listened to what my wife and I wanted to achieve with the remodel, and provided a design that was right on target. Mark even met with our HOA board and convinced them that his design met the neighborhood requirements. The final drawing package was complete, easy to read, and has served us well during our remodel project.

Remodel of our 1925 house; provide the complete drawings which most of the final choices were his suggestion. Due to unforeseen construction issues, he provided solutions that resolved the problems. Completely satisfy with his work and would use his services again.

Mark was very knowledgable and professional. He brought some great ideas to the table and was very skilled with incorporating ours as well. Mark was very responsive and met all of our deadlines. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We are adding an addition to the rear of our house. We planned it as well as we could using Google Sketchup - but we got to the point where we needed a professional drawing. We picked Mark McReynolds and gave him the inputs. He drew up the basic floorplans and we went back and forth tweaking here and there. Once that was settled he worked on the elevations - once that was approved we met in person to make final tweaks to the whole package - then I received 9-10 different plan drawings for the site. He also gave me the autocad and PDF plans to share with contractors and other designers as necessary. Only constructive criticism is that sometimes my emails to Mark went unanswered. After a delay I would try again and it turned out the email was lost or never received or misplaced. However this was not a detriment to the process in the long run and we are pleased with the services received.

WE DECIDED TO REMODEL OUR HOUSE THAT WAS BUILT IN 1928. MCREYNOLDS DESIGNS NOT ONLY PROVIDED DRAWINGS OF THE FLOOR PLAN THAT WE INVISION. THEY SHOWED US A FLOOR PLAN THAT THEY THOUGHT WOULD FLOW BETTER AND UTILITIZIES THE SPACE MORE EFFECTIVELY. THEY WERE CORRECT AND WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFY WITH THE FLOOR PLAN OF OUR NEWLY REMODELED HOME.

It only took a few weeks to design a unique home utilizing the unusual shape and terrain of the lot.
