+ -1 moreMark has maintained our pools for 17 years. He is always extremely thorough and honest. He will only do what needs to be done and will charge you a fair price. The job is always done right. He explains everything he does and why; he pays attention to all the details. I wish all contractors were like him.
Description of Work: Mark installed all new pool equipment. The house is 25 years old so most of the equipment was original to the house. All the equipment is now controllable from an app and our home computer. Everything runs great and we know that if ever anything goes wrong, Mark will take care of it.

Description of Work: I went in the store twice to request a quote for work on my pool. My wife went in another two times making the same request. They always said they would have someone call me, but the call never came. I called one more time and requested a repair on my pump. They enthusiastically said they'd have their filed person call me that day. It has been three days now. I've found another company to do the work.

+ -1 moreWent to the store to setup an appointment to repair a leaky pump. Had a good talk to the person there. Setup a date for the repair. The day came and no one showed. Next day the same. It had been raining so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they may be running behind. After the weekend, I called the store and talked with a lady. She was not aware of the missed appontment, but would text the technician to call me and set something up. Again, no call. Not willing to wait any more, I called another company and got the repairs done.
Description of Work: Went to schedule a repair to the pool motor.

Description of Work: Pool school - Taught us about our pool and the equipment. Also gave tips on how to make it work better and longer.
