+ 1 moreThey were very good exchanging the products, but I didn?t feel the salesman was good enough. The thing I like about them is that they take anything back without a question. If they have made a mistake, they will correct it immediately. I think I had the most problem with the salesman, who I think, could have done a much better job. Once the manager got involved, it was much better. He was very good and quick at exchanging bad products. The microwave had a really small dent and he exchanged it with no questions asked. I bought fans and lights from them. They were very good at that. I just felt that the appliance salesman, who also tried to sell me the granite, could have done a better job. I spent about $3000-$4000 on the appliances. I will use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We bought kitchen cabinets and all of our kitchen appliances. We bought faucets, paint and molding. We bought bathroom lighting and a bathroom vanity.
