Lola's Cleaning Service

I, too, bought a voucher through Living Social and tried to schedule an appointment for months via their website and phone. Finally, on June 8 (22 days before the voucher expired), I received a call asking me to email them my address, days available for the cleaning, and my voucher number. I foolishly included the voucher number which essentially paid them before receiving service, and never heard from them again. The good thing is that I was spared possible problems by letting such a dishonest company enter my house.

Lola's crew has been cleaning our home (this is the 2nd one) for over 15 years and we have always been more than satisfied with the job they do. I love coming home to a clean house! They deep clean every time they come and I've never had to call them back for a re-do. We will continue to use Lola's crew as long as they are in business!

Lola's Cleaning Service offered a voucher through Living Social for 3 hours of housecleaning. I purchased this deal June 30, 2011. I spoke to the owner a few days later. He told me they had sold 500 vouchers and were overwhelmed. I said, OK, I can wait. I checked with him 4 months later and he said they were still too busy. I checked the next 2 months. Then I contacted him and said, please pick a date in the next month and just schedule me. They didn't show. I asked to be rescheduled. They didn't show again. Now they just ignore my calls and emails. I have been very polite to this man. Now I just want to warn others to not get involved with this company.

Cancelled/rescheduled/didn't show mulitple times. Lousy communication. Great at excuses.
