+ -1 moreBrian Lingle of Lingle Engineering did a foundation inspection on our home on November 20th, 2015. We paid him $450 at that time (a mistake) but he has never produced a report. It is now over 60 days later and he has been non-responsive. I have sent him multiple emails, asking for status with no response. Finally, I talked to him on January 7th and he promised that he would have the report done by the end of the week. On January 19th, 2016, I sent another email requesting status and suggested that he return my $450, with no response. On January 26th I left a voice message demanding my money back. I want a refund for lack of performance and unethical practices.
Description of Work: Brian Lingle performed a foundation inspection over 60 days ago, collected $450, but has never issued a report. He now is non-responsive. I want my $450 back..
