It was very reasonable. They went ahead did like all kind of repairs to the exterior before they painted it anything that was needing repair to bring in line I remember they went ahead and did a big column on the one side of the front porch and they went ahead and repaired that. They repaired the window sockets. They went ahead and did that and they also did two colors. They went ahead and did the pressure washing and everything and they went ahead and did the house paint and then they went back in and then they did all the trim and the door the stutters in a contrasting color. They gave us the company to go to and the company we went to and we just got little samples and everything and brought them back and them tried them all out. They were real helpful with that. I dealt directly with the owner. The owner did the work himself. He had a small crew. They got it done in a day and they were very timely and he was incredibly personable and very thorough. They weren't the least expensive for the amount of work they were doing and the quality of the work.
