So far I have been very pleased with this company. It is very important to me that the same people come every 2 weeks if possible. Even when I have had to change the scheduled appt, it was easily arranged. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I hired Taylor Maid to do a one time deep cleaning of my entire house. I left them a key for the house and they came while I was at work. They did a good job cleaning, focusing on specific trouble spots I had mentioned to Bobbi on the phone (such as baseboards) the only thing I noticed that they missed was the shower heads. However, after I arrived home I noticed that my spare key was not left where it should have been. I called the owner and told her about this. She called her employees and then called me back and they said they accidentally took the key. She said that because I lived so far away that they would not be able to drive back with the key and that she would send it in the mail. After more than a week of not hearing anything about my key I called the owner. She said she had been busy and had not sent the key yet and would get her assistant to send the key. After another week I still had not been sent the key. I called the owner who then called her assistant to check on the key. She said that her assistants husband had seen my key on their kitchen counter, tried it in several of there locks and thrown it away because he thought it was an old house key. The owner offered to pay for re-keying of my house. Fortunately I have kwikset locks where I can just go buy a new set of keys for $7 and re-key them myself. I forgot about submitting the invoice to her and sent it to her 2 months from the time of service, then another email at 3 months after service when she said that sometimes emails get sent to her spam folder. In the last email from her dated September 19th 2011 she said that a check would be sent in the mail. To this day I have never received reimbursement for re-keying, even after another follow up email I sent on 11/30/11. Yes, it only cost me $7 because of the locks I have, but that is not the point. I hope no one else uses this company.
