They delivered. I ended up having to go back. I had a lot of trouble because the man that came out representing Home Depot told me that I had an infestation of roaches. I told him that I have not seen any. That was trying to get them back in because the dishwasher did not work. So, I kept trying to get them back in and he said come and look. I said what is that, he said those are roaches. I said I don't have roaches in my house. He said you have roaches in your house and we are cancelling your warranty. I said all the roaches seem to be in the dishwasher. He said yeah. I said, they have not been here long enough to produce like this. I had a lot of problem with Home Depot. I will never go back and buy anything from them again. I went to another store and finally got it taken care of through the other store. I never got it to work. I went in there after I had the pest device in my house about three months to tell them that the dishwasher was not working. It took about a month to get them to come out and look. I could never get the dishwasher to work. It just would not work. They brought it in and it was not in a box when they brought it in. They just brought it in. I don't know if they just picked it up off of the floor and brought it in or what. In fact, they told me that they did not have another one like that. I told them what the man said. Once I got somebody to come out and look and they were not very professional. I told them, my dishwasher that I just bought, took all my papers there doesnt work. Then when they did come in, the man came in and took the front door off. He said your dishwasher is infested with roaches. I told him I don't have roaches. He said come look. Part of the dishwasher was black with big circles in the door. I asked what was that. He said those are roaches. I don't have any roaches in my house. We are going to cancel your warranty. You don't understand that they did not start getting busy until this man took this door off. All of a sudden I have got all of these crawly, creepy crawlers running around. It was horrible. My little dog got dizzy running around barking at them. But anyway, I finally got them to get someone to come out. Home Depot finally, I think they got somebody out here to take it out. I was reimbursed.

We purchased the flooring early in June. Our information was not taken down correctly, and by the time we were notified and asked for the appropriate information our flooring had gone on backorder. It was going to be two weeks and we were supposed to be notified when it came in. Two weeks came and went, and we contacted the store and were given several different stories. The floor is here, the floor isn't here, the floor won't be here, we're having pricing issues with the manufacturer, etc. Finally we set up a time for the flooring to be delivered, and my husband specifically told them not to come before 1, that nobody would be home until after 1- was told there wouldn't be a problem, and it is clearly noted on our paperwork. He got a phone call at 11 am, saying that they'd be at our house in 20 minutes and if we weren't home they were leaving. We spoke to the store manager and then scheduled our installation for 5:30, then 7, and finally after 8:00 it came. Our entryway got soaked as it was pouring rain by that time, and mud and dirt tracked through our house. We then had to live around a giant Pergo fort for two weeks until they had time to install. The installation was great. It has been in for two weeks and I haven't found anything major. It was completed in one day and most everything was cleaned up and back in place when they left. If I had been able to find flooring that I liked half as much as the one I picked out at Home Depot, though, I would have called and cancelled our order. The time wasted, stress and hassle trying to get it here was not worth it.

Home Depot sent out somebody to our house to get the work done. It looks like they did a good job. I have been very happy with them and I am very satisfied with their work. The people who came out were fine as well. They did everything that they were supposed to do. Home Depot communicated well with me and answered all my questions. I would go back to them for any work in the future. I am not sure about the prices that others charge. I liked the idea of Home Depot because if the insulation people didn't do the work properly, then I don't have to chase them down, but I can go to Home Depot and they would chase them down.

The installers messed up several spots. They cut a couple of door jams too short and just stuck the pieces back in without apologizing or letting us know. It is not a big deal, but the fact that they tried to cover it up is what disappointed me. They didn't have all of the transition pieces needed to finish the job and had to special order and needed to come back to finish.

He never got back with us, to bid on the project. He had lots of excuses, as to why he never got back with us, but never showed interest in the job. Follow-up phone call was the second promise, but not contact was made.
