It ended up being a perfect meeting. They were very professional and it was very cost effective.

Charlie arrived, very friendly, put coverings over his feet before entering my home. He described in detail how long and what services he would perform. He educated me on how some of the parts worked and showed me some hazards that were created by a company that I used in the past from my home warranty company. I decided to cancel our home warranty and use Harris as my A/C provider and contractor. Very informative and he cleaned up the work of other companies that did horrible work for me. Harris is a top notch company and I highly recommend them.

Perfect. They installed a new AC system for us 2 years ago when the previous unit failed from old age. They have been out every change of season just to make sure everything is running smoothly. Always punctual, honest, clean, reliable, friendly. The unit is running perfectly.

Harris Air Services is a great company to work with. Blake, Cindy and Charlie have been courteous, professional and thorough. They installed the new unit, replacing an old 1996 unit, two years ago. Installation was problem free, being fast and efficient and the unit has worked perfectly. They have been faithful to call and set up maintenance checks since then. After working with many heating an A/C companies in the past 40 years, I believe I have finally found a "keeper". I paid $135.00 for two maintenance visits a year and believe that is very reasonable. I believe in the old saying "you get what you pay for" and I would recommend Harris Air Services to everyone. They truly offer quality and professionalism, and are worth every single cent.

Do be prepared for sticker shock. Don't worry about the quality, the units still look brand new after a year. Do enjoy the much quieter units and the lower utility bills. See my services description for more of our story.

Thomas from Harris Air services was early and professional. He came in the house and used plastic booties so he didnt track anything in and asked me some questions about the a/c and how it was performing. Then he went straight into the attic and got to work. He replaced the capacitor for the blower on the A/C ( $100.00), cleaned the compressor unit coils outside, checked the amperage pull on the entire system, checked freon levels, and replaced the air filter since it had been about a month since it had been changed. A/c isnt cooling the house now, though I think it has more to do with the 100+ degree heat we are having combined w/ an 11yr old unit than anything else.

Blake installed a complete TRANE system into my Mom's house a year ago. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the system installation. Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon the system was no longer cooling the house. I called him and he arrived within 15 minutes. Blake found that the problem was that the drain to the system was clogged from 19 years of use. The drain pan was full so the emergency system cut-off was preventing her ceiling from being damaged. He was able to unclog the drain so the system would continue to run and cool her house. The problem was a plumbing not an air conditioning problem but Blake fixed it for free. He took his time on a Sunday afternoon to help us. We were so grateful. He and I encouraged Mom to buy a maintenance plan to have her system maintenanced semi-annually. I was ready for her to sign-up for it yesterday. Blake said that the system would not need maintenance until the fall so he would have his office call Mom at that time to discuss a maintenance plan. He could have very easily taken her money yesterday but was honest and did not do that. The price he quoted for an annual maintenance plan was very reasonable. We are very pleased with his work and his honesty. We highly recommend him.

Mr. Harris arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. After working on the unit, he explained the current condition of the unit and what he did. It was a great experience and I will call him for future maintence and new units when needed.

One A/C unit went out on Sat. night, the other unit went out on Sun. night. I'd called them on Sun. Amazingly they answered the phone and set up an appointment for Mon. afternoon. Mon. he called and asked if it was okay if he came early. YEAH!! *sweat soaked* He arrived and was very friendly, and listened to me. He checked outside first, then inside, and gave me the verdict. 332 in parts, the rest in labor. I felt it was very reasonable. He had the parts with him, and installed them and balanced the outputs in our rooms. When I couldn't feel any air downstairs in another part of the house, he very graciously brought in a ladder and checked those vents as well. Everything was A-OK. I'd certainly use them again, and they are a vast improvement over the installation company, whom I have had out at three various times to balance the upstairs, and I have never gotten the right mix of cold air to each room from them. They are THE company for me now. I will probably be replacing the a/c units this fall and will call them.

Mr. Harris was very professional. He came out immediately to give me a quote, and had the entire job done in a day. He wasn't the cheapest guy in town, but well worth the extra money.

I called Harris Air Services to schedule a preventative check before summer. Blake told me that he could come out that Saturday and take a look at everything. He arrived on time and performed the service while explaining what he was doing/looking for etc. He told me that the system could use some more refrigerant and said it would be $35 additional cost for the refrigerant. He was extremely professional and courteous. Our system is appx. 15 years old and in the next couple of years I plan on having it replaced. I will call Harris first when we are finally ready (or forced) to get a new system.

From the first time they knocked on my door I knew this was a going to be a good experience. He came in and we talked about different options and prices. After he looked in the attic he told me some duct work changes that he could make to increase my air flow. During the installation they were courteous of my time, they showed up when they were supposed to and finished within the time frame they said they would. The system looks and runs greats.
