 + 0 moreJoel was GREAT! He was very thorough, took his time to do the job the right way, cleaned up, and was very personable. I wish I had more jobs for him to do. I'll be calling him whenever something comes up. He completely removed all old grout and replaced. The first time I had this done with a different contractor, they spent only 15 minutes and just covered the old with the new. It cracked again within 6 months. Joel did it the right way and spent 3.5 hours. He even taped the tile to ensure the lines were perfect. He's not getting paid by the hour, so this is honorable and worth noting.
