Description of Work: They inspected my fireplace, cleaned it and counseled me on proper methods to ensure good drafting when starting to burn a fire. I was impressed with the knowledge and level of detail. Cleaning was quick and conducted in a way that all the mess was contained and carried away. At my request they also went on the roof and inspected the chimney. They did discover some exterior damage to the siding on the chimney and quoted a price to repair. They showed me a photograph of the damage, but I could not see from the ground (possibly because of angle). I thought the price high and not given options to repair other than complete refacing. However, I have not at this time secured competitive bids so it may be in line.

Description of Work: Everything went fine, efficient and honest group of people, did a great job and was efficient,fast and reliable. Highly recommend this vendor!!

Description of Work: Came to my house on July 20 to measure for custom chimney cap to replace damaged original. Advised me after inspecting the chimney top that the builder had not filled in the chimney crown with mortar, depending on the cap to keep out moisture - not advised. I authorized mortaring the crown when they installed the cap. After custom cap was fabricated, installers came on Septemper 1 to install. | |For both appointments, the service men arrived at or slightly before the time agreed. Installation crew was professional & courteous, and worked quickly.

Description of Work: Did some repairs to the inside of our fireplace box and checked the chimney on the inside. They sealed up some cracks in the firebox. We have used them a few times in the past and they have always been great, professional and didn't try to sell on extras that you didn't need. We will continue to use them for future needs.
