It started with a complete gutting of the house, which started the payment schedule. He didn't do anything else for 30 days. He sent in the electrical workers who began to call us complaining that they weren't getting paid. They hired a lawyer and threatened to put a lien on the house. We worked it out with them, but still for months no work was done. We eventually got him to admit that he put all the money toward a project that was suppose to make alot of money, but it didn't pan out. I eventually took over as general contractor myself to finish the job. He ended up owing all of the subcontractors money. We took him to court, but he eventually filed bankruptcy. He ended up taking us for $78,000 for which no work was done. I would avoid this company at all cost.
Description of Work: We hired them to completely remodel the home.

The job was supposed to take six weeks. Six months later, the job still wasn?t complete. They always had an excuse; slashed tires, sick employees, ext. In fact, one of the contractors not only showed up drunken state one day, I actually saw him drinking from the bottle! I feel that they used their religious beliefs to try and build confidence with us, but unfortunately it was more like a bait and switch. However, most of the work they did finish was well done.
Description of Work: I hired them to perform a fairly extensive remodel of my home. The work included new flooring, crown molding, adding an addition, and updating the kitchen.
